Outstanding in every respect. Adrian and John are elite trainers who simply love helping others achieve results. Great workout experience without the overwhelming feel of a regular gym. The instructors and other gym goers are friendly and in the same mindset to improve themselves. PurePHIT looks like a Cross Fit gym at first glance, but is not as intense of a community that thrives on how much you can lift. Pure PHIT is still about results, but about doing the exercises in the proper way. Lastly, the instructors are extremely friendly and helpful in getting you to learn a proper workout. I love coming to Pure PHIT. Not only do I have the best ass I've ever had in my life, I've also learned so much about my body and the right way to work out. I'll admit, I was intimidated at the thought of trying it out at first because I'm used to spending my time in barre and yoga studios with a side of running, but as soon as I stepped in the door the coaches and community were so welcoming. Best gym I have ever belonged to by a wide margin. Adrian and John are knowledgeable strength coaches who are truly experts in the field of exercise science and they really know how to teach. I've never been so excited about strength training since discovering PurePhit and give it my highest endorsement for anyone who wants to get results and to do it without getting hurt. What great place to workout! When I started at Pure PHIT I had mobility issues in a worn out shoulder but through John and Adrian's tireless efforts I have gained both mobility and strength, oh and pain free for the first time in many years. At 55 I'm in the best shape of my life and feel great! Going to Pure PHIT in the morning is the best part of my day. The people are great, everyone is supportive of each other and we have fun! It's pretty simple to get a gym membership and go to the gym every day or several times a week, but if you are not doing the exercises right, you are wasting a lot of time and likely plateauing. As a frequent gym-goer for the past 15 years, that was my issue. John, Adrian, and the rest of the group are extremely knowledgeable and have been very helpful to not only give me a proper, high-intensity workout, but to instill proper techniques if I ever need to use when I work out at home, at a gym, or on the road.
