Pure Cinema did a brand video for my company Shaper Studios, almost 5 years ago. Even with all the growth and expansion at Shaper, the video still serves as our main video on our About page today. I've now worked with Luke and his team at 3 different companies (Google, Jawbone and now Mobilize)—and I'm always impressed with the quality, speed and professionalism this group has shown. Aside from that, they're all extremely easy to work with—and I look forward to collaborating with them in the future. Beyond being exceptional cameramen who know how to get the sound and quality a brand is looking for, what I've been impressed with is their ability to craft a story that sells a brand, its community and customers. We just received our wedding video "teaser" and we could not be more impressed!!!! I am so incredibly thankful that our wedding planner suggested using Pure Cinema for our videographers. I have honestly watched this video over 200 times since I received it just a couple of days ago, and I still get chills every time I watch it. It brings me RIGHT back to our wedding day.Everything about this video is perfect. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I researched so many production companies around California while trying to find the perfect one to film my destination wedding in Lake Tahoe, and none compared to Pure Cinema. Luke and Shane did such an amazing job and were great to work with- friendly, professional, calm, and crazy talented! They caught every moment of the wedding day from getting ready at 10am to our getaway at 10pm, and we are absolutely obsessed with the finished products we received! They were also incredibly fast with the turnaround time- we received our short film during our honeymoon, just a few days after the wedding! My husband and I hired Luke and Shane to film our wedding in October. So far, we have received the "teaser" for our wedding video and I am absolutely obsessed with it. Everyone we have shared it with has been SO impressed. Their work truly is cinematic.They captured our day entirely - from the tiniest detail to the grandest moments. Watching the video makes me feel like I'm right back in those moments on that day. I was adamant before the wedding that we NEEDED to have a videographer and I will never regret that decision after seeing the teaser video. It wasn't something my parents wanted to cover so my then-fiance and I made the investment ourselves and now I think everyone is so happy we made that decision. Luke and Shane are just so professional and easy to work with. Once they're booked, they require absolutely minimal attention leading up to the day (which, you will come to find, is a blessing) and then on the day of, you feel like you never actually realize they're there, but then you see the video and you realize they were right along with you the whole time. You never feel awkward like you have to pose for the camera or anything...they pull the beauty out of every moment. If you're like me, you're looking at every vendor out there thinking "is this the best one? are they going to capture what I want? can i trust them?" What an outstanding group to work with. Luke and Shane and their team were able to intuitively capture the essence of our company in such a short amount of time.
