Just had Platinum PropertySolutions power wash the exterior of a flip house I’m working on in Grand Rapids. Outstanding work, I couldn’t be happier. ! Years of neglect, grime, dirt, algae and moss all removed and gone, in just a couple of hours! They were even able to remove all the dead vines from the brick chimney! Great attention to detail. These Guys are Fantastic :Everything looks Brand New Now. Money well spent. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs A roof or House cleaned . . I have a Large Two story Home with a steep 9/12 Pitch Roof -2 out garages and 40' x 30' Deck . 20 years of mold buildup on the Roof. One side of My House was sold Green MOLD . When I connected to this company through HomeAdvisor, they answered immediately. They explained exactly how they go about cleaning of the house and, in my case, deck so that I knew exactly what to expect. They scheduled my work and arrived on time. The exterior of my home had a lot of moss and mold on it and they did a great job of removing it and killing the spores to prevent immediate regrowth. I'm very pleased with how well the house looks and I'm also glad to know that this was not a high pressure wash which I have heard can cause problems.
