Chief of Police and his Lieutenant routinely lie to both the armed Security and Police Officers, routinely direct both Security and Police Officers to defraud paying, contracted clients of length of times per visit, number of visits per day, while continuing to charge them for a full month of contracted services.

State complaints are on file with NCDOJ Law Enforcement Training and Standards, and NCDPS Private Protective Services Board.

Fraudulent statements were filed today with State Officers about me on a personal level by the Chief of Police and his Lieutenant. This is being addressed already.

I have nothing to gain by writing this.

There are no benefits, no paid time off, no body armor, no true functioning radios, no health insurance, no payroll as "payroll" has been floated by the payroll company for 6 weeks. Shifts range from 10 to 17 hours and change with little or no notice almost daily. Software programs used for reporting, and payroll are free, poor, and glitch ridden.

Attitudes from the Owner, and his "Chain of Command" are imperious and dismissive when even experienced, veteran Officers bring forth a genuine concern, or question, regarding client services being abandoned.

The Deputy Assistant Chief of Security in the "Charlotte" division is a cowboy at best and an embarrassment to this profession.

Worked here for approximately 9 months. The patrol officers that are working the streets are great and very professional. However, the administrative staff is unorganized, unprofessional, and very incompetent . Not to mention DISRESPECTFUL to their staff. The self proclaimed “command staff”, with the exception of a few, had a bad habit of flying off the handle and sending out blatantly sarcastic and unprofessional emails to the entire company in response to legitimate concerns that were brought forward. I could go on all day with grievances, but I will stop here. Don’t work here! Don’t hire here! There are other companies out there that provide the very same service for the same price or less. If you want your job threatened over things you don’t control, your paychecks to be late, to be constantly told you don’t do enough, and horrible communication, this is the job for you!!!
