Excellent pastries and cookies and gelato. I haven't had a sandwich in a while but the last time I did they were yummy. My only unhappiness is the dulces for strawberry flavored you should always have a few of the original dulces the yummy White Plain frosting the vanilla sponge cake in the yummy cream filling the little cherry on top. Everything I complained about has been fixed! Back to 5 stars!
Dropped from 5 stars to 3. I used to get lunch there a lot but recently they changed their lunch menu and the lunch structure.
You used to be able to walk in between noon and 2pm and get anything featured on the lunch menu. Now they no longer make sandwiches to order. If they don't have any of your choice pre made, then you don't get it. You'll have to choose from what's left.
Also they are always out of the soup I want and I end up with some crumby chicken soup, which features nice chunks of grizzle today. I know next time they are out of the items I'm interested in, I'll just say thanks but no thanks and go to Subway or Lyles. I'm sort of surprised in their management decision! Since their busiest time appears to be during lunch its safe to assume most visitors at that time are having lunch. If my story happens to enough people they may end up losing their popularity. The staff is always very friendly, though, and if you're just stopping in for sweets then you should be ok.

I love it! So many goodies. The perfect place to order a cake for all occasions. The treats are fantastic the service is splendid and the convenience is outstanding and every now and then they surprise you with something special and it is not a place where you have to wait but it is very busy and very crowded so my suggestion is to go early and leave late.

They are absolutely fantastic at everything they do. Pastries, gellatto, cakes are all incredible. They also have a great lunch offering now with soups and sandwiches which are all well crafted and delicious and made with quality ingredients. You can tell they take pride in their work.
