I have had many cleaning companies throughout the years. Many start out very good and then start going downhill after a little while. Not with Maid Brigade. They are the same today as they when they started over two years ago. There is very little turnover. The same people come each time. They ladies got to know our house. From the minute they arrived the work begins. No chit chatting, just friendly ladies doing the best cleaning job of any of the other company in this area. We have had Maid Brigade clean our townhouse every other week for many years (I believe over 10 years). They usually come while we are at work, and always lock-up when they leave. They do the job thoroughly and are consistent. The follow instructions (such as when I leave a note not to clean a desktop). I like that I get a call from the office the day before each cleaning, telling me when they will come. While there have been occasional issues, like not putting things back the way we left them, we have never not been happy to come home to our clean home, after a cleaning. I've been using Maid Brigade for several years now on a monthly basis to clean my house, and I really appreciate their services! Maryann calls me each month to send me a reminder, and is easily reachable if I have questions, need additional cleaning or need to reschedule. The company is professional and bonded, and I have had no problems with them. I leave notes for the maids, and they are very responsive, and will call if they have any questions as well. My family tries to keep the house clean during the month despite a house cat, a house dog, a 4-year old grandson who loves toys, cars, bugs and slime, and long work hours. I had my initial cleaning yesterday and it exceeded my expectations. The team was on time, pleasant, and extremely thorough. I have used other cleaning companies for years and always felt like they fell short of my expectations. Maid Brigade was not the cheapest of my quotes but was definitely worth the money. Maid Brigade Torrance is amazing - the workers came to my mom's home as scheduled but she was not home due to an emergency - I spoke with the office and they were so understanding and rescheduled giving my mom time to feel better. My son and his family is moving in with me due to my wife's passing away in March so they needed to have their rental home thoroughly cleaned prior to them handing in their keys. (and to get most of their sizable deposit back too!)So, to help them I decided to help pay for a maid service so they wouldn't have to try and get that done balancing work schedules etc.So called Maid Brigade and spoke to Nikkie, the office manager, who gave me the info+ the estimate based on the size of the rental. I gave her the ok on the phone . She is very professional and friendly and GREAT to work with!They sent out 2 maids out THE NEXT DAY to do the cleaning etc. and when they were done I wrote out the check! The Maid Brigade team showed up this morning and exceeded all of our expectations! We left the house and when we returned, I couldn’t believe they accomplished what they did in the amount of time they were here. They came in for a single, deep clean and within a few hours had done the blinds, ceiling fans, made our gas range top shine like it was brand new, re-made the beds and most impressively, dusted and cleaned the ship-lapped walls in our family room. Just got my first deep clean from Maid Brigade and I am IMPRESSED! I am a total clean freak who routinely gets my house cleaned professionally every other week, and I basically am constantly cleaning up/picking up everyday. We moved into our home about a year ago and after many trips to the beach, adding a new dog to our family, lost of guests staying with us, etc. I decided it was time for a deep clean. These ladies put in WORK! All in all for my 3/3 home it took them about 5-6 hours and they scrubbed every nook and grainy. Got all my grout bright white again, and everything looks awesome. We were moving into a new home that was supposed to be cleaned. It was awful. I called Maid Brigade and they sent my usual team out for a move in cleaning. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t have been happier. I was so upset when we saw what the other company did and “my girls” came through at the 11th hour. The schedulers were amazing also! The house cleaners have always done a great job, some better than others - they are people, and everyone has bad days - but I have never needed to call them back in. Maid Brigade did very well. I was very impressed with their work. There were a few things that they missed like cleaning my walls and base boards or missed cleaning a small area on my floor, but, other than that, they did quite well and my apartment feels good again. I will definitely utilize their services again next year. I would love to use the same women next time that cleaned for me this time, but, I couldn't hang around long enough to get their names while they were cleaning so I would hope that they are all very detail oriented cleaners and can be trusted to be left alone in my personal space since I can't always stay there while they clean. Not having to be there while they cleaned freed me up to take care of other tasks that I needed to take care of and they locked the door on their way out. I have used them for over 6 years and they are great. I have them come twice per month. Good cleaning, fair price, reliable and professional. They bring their own supplies, they work fast, and there's never an issue. I've lived in apartments and houses in Miami and used them in both. I tried using individual cleaning ladies that were recommended by friends. I found they didn't clean as well and they often had scheduling conflicts, changes, and cancellations. I decided to shell out a bit more money and use a service. So glad I did and I never looked back. They're always on time, they always get it done, no fuss. PRICE: They charge extra for the first cleaning. Don't get freaked out by this. If you're going to use them regularly, stick with it. The future cleanings are much more reasonably priced. I see some of the negative reviews on here. Let me say this: I've never had anything stolen. No way. I've had 2 broken items (a dish and a soap tray) in all those years, and the company paid for them. That's normal life, you gotta expect that can happen. They clean well. Bathrooms, counters, tub, floors--they're all cleaned thoroughly. If you want to eat off your toilet, you should clean it yourself. I'm sorry to say, nobody is going to clean as deeply as you would. No service, no maid, no butler. You need to have realistic expectations. They clean as well or better than anyone is going to do the job. I am so happy with how my house looks after my first cleaning by the Maid Brigade team. Everything looks sparkling clean and smells wonderful. A neighbor recommended Maid Brigade as she's used them for a while now. Some things are just too hard for myself or my husband to clean: ceiling fans, interior skylights, behind the toilets. You know what I'm talking about.The first or initial cleaning service is a little pricey because they spend quality time in your home. But it's worth every penny. My cleaning team was Lorena & Arminda. I have a lot of Fall & Halloween decorations up right now and Lorena even dusted my fake Fall apples and silk plant. I couldn't believe it! Both ladies were amazing and professional. All cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners and other equipment is supplied. All I did was show them where the replacement plastic garbage bags for in the kitchen were kept. Baseboards, hardwood, stainless steel, all polished and clean, even the inside of my microwave. Maid Brigade uses "green" cleaning products so I'm not worried about ill-effects on my cats or us humans.Everyone I've had contact with has been wonderful. Mariam & Mike in the office and Ryan the customer service rep. Ryan came out to my house to check in and leave me information and a calendar with my future service dates. Maid Brigade is the best! They did such an amazing job that my children commented that "its like a brand new house!". Truly grateful for the hard work and dedication to detail. I have been so happy with this maid service. I can't believe how thorough they are, I have never had a bad experience. I have used them for about 2 years. We did have to take a 9 month break due to our house flooding in Harvey and as soon as we were about to move back in I had them come out to do the hourly cleaning and then got back on the regular schedule. They did an amazing job on that hourly cleaning which was no easy feat due to the construction dust and debris. My day is Tuesday and I'm always so happy and excited for them to come! They give me a time window, but they are almost always here at the same time so very easy to plan for (since I have crazy little barky dogs I have to corral). After the other cleaning service canceled on me on the day of the scheduled cleaning, i was desperately looking for cleaners as i had guests arriving the next day. I called Maid Brigade and the gentleman (Bob?) was very accommodating and told me he'd try and move things around and get me a team of cleaners for that very day. He called me 15 minutes later and said a team of three cleaners would be arriving in a few hours! The cleaners did a fantastic job and were extremely thorough. I was referred to Maid Brigade by a couple of my close friends.My boyfriend and I recently renovated our kitchen, which required knocking out a few walls in our 1930s home. And man, did that accumulate some DUST.I've always been a self-home-cleaner, but after about 5 weeks of dusty living, I knew I needed to get some professionals out here to do the job.It was such a relief when I walked through the door. I touched every surface, and they were all spotless. I have two large built-in shelves with lots of little and big trinkets. They took the time of dusting every piece and placing everything back so nicely. The main reason we hired the professionals was for the insane amount of dust, but oh boy was our bathroom CLEAN AND SPARKLY. Not to mention, I have a husky who sheds quite a bit, and there wasn't a hair in site.
