Great tacos, Margaritas and Fries. I had the pork and fried shrimp tacos. Both tacos came out hot and fresh, with lots of filling. So much that I had to get a fork for all the “spillage”. And I love that as each bite I take has tons of filling. Additionally, I had the basil pineapple margarita. The flavor was super delicious as it was refreshing, tropical, but yet still familiar as a margarita. Next, the fries. They are thin, crisp and tossed so the garlic Parmesan coating goes everywhere. Those were some good fries. Service was helpful, kind and quick. Being our first time, our host graciously offered us free fries. That was so thoughtful and unexpected. My only downside is that they should provide a salsa bar with like 2 or 3 choices. For me that would put this place over the top. Bottom line: I would definitely come here over Torchy’s Tacos and support a local business. So if you are in the mood for some great tasting tacos, give this place a try. More...

We went on a Sunday morning and ordered from the brunch menu. Portion sizes were ample for the pricing. I had the breakfast enchiladas. They were savory with layers of flavor. We love coming here because the tacos are great, and they good promos on their app. We came here tonight and had a problem with a lost ticket from our order (which resulted in a long delay of food) as it was super busy. The manager Jerome was excellent in resolving this issue in a quick, professional and kind manner. The food was delicious as always. I am not a fan of Tacos but Mad Taco has redefined my thought towards them, I love their taste of the beef and the combination of the ingredients, highly recommend it, 5bucks for a taco might be a little more related to others but they deserve every pennies.

Just wow. My coworkers were talking very highly of this restaurant and when we finally got to College Station this was the first stop. I ordered the Short Rib taco and the Fajita taco. They were amazing. The tortillas are wonderful and the fillings were exquisite. If you are in the area give this place a shot, the prices are very reasonable for the portions. This is by far my favorite local taco place! Torchies is great and so is Fuego, but Mad Taco has out classed them both by their delicious street tacos. Pretty much every time I go I try something different and there is not a taco I do not like. My personal favorite is the braised pork and chili chicken tacos.
