I loved having Susan and the Lucky Pawz team care for my two shy kitties. Susan was extremely reliable and always let me know how my kitties were doing, often texting me pictures. And, the notes she and her team left definitely let me know that they knew my cats well - who wanted belly rubs, and who was more into cuddling on the couch. Her scheduling and billing system is easy to navigate, and she responds to texts and emails as well. I was very sad to lose her as a pet sitter when I moved out of W. Seattle, and I highly recommend Lucky Pawz to anyone looking for a caring, local pet sitter. More...

Susan and the other sitters at Lucky Pawz are fantastic. They are trustworthy and good communicators, and I always felt my cats were in good hands when they were with them. They also turn on/off lights and close/open blinds so the house looks occupied. It took my very shy cats a while to get used to having them come over, but after a few visits they were coming up to Susan and her sitters for belly rubs and pets. More...

This is a business that cares about pets and customers. Days before I am heading out of town, my normal pet sitter cancels due to a family emergency. I must have called a dozen places frantically trying to find a replacement. The owner of Lucky Paws, Susan, called me back quickly and said that while she was already booked, she would help me try to find a replacement. She then made a bunch of other calls to help me find a pet sitter on short notice. Despite the fact that I wasn't yet a customer, and that Susan was already booked, she went above and beyond to make sure I had someone to care for my pup. I have been working with LuckyPawz Pet Care for 3 years now. Â First with my deaf, blind boy who received extra special treatment - including a trip to the opthamologist one day for an emergency. Â They have responded to all of my special requests, handled my dogs on short notice and evenings. Â Susan has backup walkers and everyone has been great. I highly recommend Susan from Lucky Pawz Pet Care. I just recently went on a trip and she took such good care of my kitties. Everything was done as I asked and she texted me every day to let me know things were fine. Before I left, she came over and took notes and is very organized. I was so impressed with her caring nature and interest in my cats happiness and care. I am not very trusting and my animals mean everything to me, so I am happy to have found someone that makes me feel secure when I have to leave overnight. Our normal dog walker wasn't available for our vacation this Feb, so we had to hurry to find another, reliable dog walker for our pup. Lucky Pawz responded and was available on short notice, and had good reviews, so we hurried to book. Our dog walker, Susan, was sweet as could be. She came by and visited with us prior to us leaving and met with our pup and kitty. Susan was initially very concerned with items unique to our pup's outdoor sleeping arrangements, making sure he doesn't get wet, etc, which further assured me that she would provide our pup with the attention he deserved. She was very responsive, provided very good communication throughout care, sending text message updates, which put me at ease, especially since our pup can get nervous at times. We were especially worried he wouldn't eat, but he did just fine! We met and hired Sarah in January 2013 and couldn't be happier. Â She loves the heck out of our little dog, Navy Bean, or as we call him, Weasel Pants McGuillicutty. Sarah is amazing! Â She is great with animals and seems to really love what she does. Â She is professional, reliable and has very competitive prices plus she doesn't charge for extras like medications or special treatment. Â We hired Lucky Pawz for overnight care for our dog and cat over a holiday weekend and she did a great job. Â The house was just as we left it and maybe even cleaner, and most importantly the animals were happy, healthy and well fed. I'd definitely recommend Lucky Pawz! Â We will certainly be back again. Sarah is absolutely, hands down, THE best pet sitter we have had for our Riley (cat)!! I could tell right away when I met her that she just loves pets, and that she would take care of our little Riley just as good as we do. I am sure everyone hates leaving their animals for longer than a few days, so for us to be out of the country and leaving him for two weeks was probably more stressful for us than our cat. I knew that Sarah would actually stay with him, give him love AND exercise verses just coming in, changing the litter and water and leaving him soon after. Not only did she do that, but we came back to a Riley treat bag, and a very sweet progress report of each day and how Riley was doing. (along with some pictures sent to my phone while we were away - loved it!) It definitely put a huge smile on my face to know that she went the extra mile in caring for our furry child. So here's the rundown! Lucky Pawz Pet Care owner, Sarah, is an animal whisperer in her own right. In my experience her passion for doing the right thing in the many social -causes she supports is one of the few things that comes close to her heart and skill with Dogs (and all your little creatures, for that matter).
