Avoid at all cost! They, and their affiliated “Churches” take advantage of vulnerable immigrants’ situation to defraud them of money and their civil rights.
..Currently being investigated by the Feds/USCIS/DHS/DOJ…do not trust these bogus misleading reviews! They’ve been paying Yelp and other online platforms to delete our reviews/cover up their heinous crimes…

I just got approved to be permanent green card holder without condition. Christina has been working with me through the beginning when I applied to change status from international student when I got married. Everything is filed perfectly, I didn't have to worry. Even when I had an medical issue and went back to Vietnam for over 6 months. Jane and Christina always replies and help me with my concern. My husband and I are extremely happy with the service at Jane Oak law office. That was why after apply for 2 year green card. We went ahead and ask them to help us with the removal of conditions for my permanent green card. Christina helped us to put everything in order even though we moved to Washington D.C. I can't say how happy I am with their service. Highly recommend. Applying for green card can be headache and tiring. But they truly make it seamless and easy. I knew after about 20 seconds into our consultation that I would be retaining Jane as my attorney. Of all the immigration attorneys I consulted with, she was by the far most personable and understanding. Irene is also very professional and responsive. She handled the case well and gave us honest feedback as we waited during this stressful process. The price was very reasonable and my wife's greencard petition was successful in a relatively short amount of time (about 5 months from start to finish, while the average these days is 8 months, I believe). I have had such a good experience here!! To me communication is key!! And I appreciate them taking the time to always send me an email and inform me of any updates in my paperwork. I have a pretty tight schedule so its not easy for me to go see a lawyer a few times a week, but with them and the emails its such an easy set up to just go one time and get it all done with the signatures and everything. Prices are reasonable knowing you can fully trust them and that they will do a good job! I am happy that everything went through so fast and smooth. My case has been handled by Michelle at first and then was transferred to Christina, both have done an exceptional job!
