I have been doing strength & endurance training for over 16 years, this kind of training consists of supersets training which means a combination of upper & lower body and maintaining good body mechanics and proper form, I don't want you to get any injuries while training.

My wife and I have 13year old twins that love to play football my wife always worries about them getting injured. So she thought a trainer would better prepare them for the game. The boys said that they could run longer and hit harder because of Jame's training, we plan to call him next year before the season starts. More...

We have been training with James for more than two and a half years. By getting to know them and being patient with them,
Results don't come overnight so you have to take the time to have fun with the training and know their limitations. And show them not only the physical aspect of training but the spiritual side of it that makes a big difference in making fitness a part of your everyday life.

Recovery, rejuvenation and nutrition after training hard.
It's what you do after your training that will enable you to get the results that you want.

I was always training in the gym and always took the time to say hello to a lot of people, I noticed that most people in the gym didn't talk to anyone and I wondered why.. not to many had the confidence to talk to people they didn't know, but for me I didn't have a problem with it, so I would always complement people in the gym with their workouts and take the time to tell them good job in their training and how good their form is while doing squats, back, shoulders, or show them a different way in doing certain exercises that would benefit their routine so it was a good environment to help people in a positive manner..next thing you know I became a fitness trainer and talking to people in the gym was pretty easy.

Most of my life I've been involved in fitness, from being skinny 110 lbs in high school to gaining & putting on solid 80 pounds of muscle after high school, and I've never stopped training up to know, I still training 4-5× a week doing strength training and cardio and some boxing on the side, combining low and medium weights has kept my clients physique sharp & strong while maintaining good proper form, it's a must from staying injury free, fitness training I truly believe not only changes your body but most importantly it makes you feel good inside & builds confidence in everything you do in your daily life.
I have a strong desire,motivation & passion to share with you and help you with your training and I believe you will get the results that you're looking for.

I could provide online services if the client really wants to or prefer video training, but to be completely honest you really need actual hands on training to learn and get actual results.
