The room was clean and hotel was well maintained. Staffs were friendly. Although the room was only available after 3pm but they allowed me to leave my luggage when I was out. I'm at hotel now. Stayed one night. Staff at check in were very nice and helpful. Had supper here outside on patio. Food was delicious and previous was excellent. Outside patio, pool and hot tub were a nice way to end our very busy day of travel. Pool could have been a little warmer. Cookies at front deck delicious. We were upgraded to a suite. Very comfortable room. Sleeped good. Fire place was a nice touch. Would stay here again. Another great perk.....free parking. Hard to find that in LA area. More...

Every thing was great, except for the King size bed in room 122. It had a bad sag in the mattress and we would be smashed together in the middle. We would move to the edge and both of use would be back in the middle. If it was 't for that, I would give it 5 stars More...

Our stay was on 7/29-7/30. It was a staycation for my daughter and I. She's 9 yrs old and her first time spending the night at a hotel, so she was excited to say the least, the staff made her feel like a princess! Miriam at the front desk was AMAZING!!! We odered room service for dinner and food was sooooo good! The girl that took our order and brought it up was the best(wish I would've gotten her name). I definitely will be returning and letting everyone know how great this hotel is! I can't say enough great things about this place...Thank you Hilton for your great hotel and great employee's who should all receive bonuses!!!! More...

Had a minor issue that Sophie the front desk manager resolved right away after understanding the full details!
She also offered to pack our kids snacks for Universal Studios and this made the difference for us!
Let's just say I got woken up on the wrong side of the bed, Sophie caught the wrath and was a true professional in making this right!

This hotel is amazing! It is next door to a gorgeous golf course and there is an outdoor fireplace as well as an indoor fireplace and sports bar area! The food is delicious and the staff are very accommodating!! We will always stay here when we visit LA! Loved it! Oh and the beds are like sleep number beds, you can adjust the firmness! Very relaxing!!! Did I mention the pool, spa, and weight room?! Well yea, it's a saltwater pool and they even have handicap access. You won't be disappointed! Free parking and free wifi!! More...
