My husband and I got married at VIP Special Even Space in Parkville, Missouri. It was the most elegant phenomenal venue we could have ever asked for. I found Heartland Weddings and Event Photography through the app "The Knot" and I got into contact with Nancy. Nancy helped us set everything up and make sure everything would go smooth. Me and my Husband then met our wonderful Officiant MEG when we had our engagement photos done at lose park with Nancy. Meg had beautiful vows written for my husband and I, we received compliments after our ceremony and even still to this day of how wonderful of a job she did. She was very reliable and professional! We couldn't have written better vows for ourselves then Meg. We also had Nancy do a video of our wedding and it turned out good. Jane puts in many hours to put together the videos and albums. I don't know when she has time for sleep! She did a wonderful wonderful job on our album and putting our video together to make it PERFECT! Jane is very good about knowing what you like before she just adds in it. She's reliable and very dependent and professional! Me and my husband are very lucky to have found Heartland Weddings and Event Photography that had Officiant, video of wedding and reception and also photography all in one. My husband and I decided to get married this year instead of waiting until I finished college. Little did we know how difficult it would be to get married in MO, We were expecting a small court wedding no fuss with 8 witnesses. December 15th would be the special day and we had 2 weeks to get everything in order. Unfortunately and fortunately, we found MO no longer does court weddings and we had to find a place fast on a very limited budget... I went to 3 different officiant places google maps led me too, only to be grossly disappointed with the results. I know this was meant to be small but I didn't want to get married to the love of my life in a strangers backyard or in a really gross room the size of a computer room. No one wants to get married in a dump... I was so disheartened and was almost ready to just pay the $75 to just get the paper signed with two witnesses to be done with it.

Then I met Nancy and Meg. They were so gracious and understanding it was overwhelming how flexible they were and how cute there space was. It was a large room the size of a living room with a beautiful backdrop with Hollywood lighting. I knew right away I would be comfortable and happy to get married there. I told them my budget and they gave me my options. We discussed what was really important to me for my wedding day and they not only were accommodating but gave more than I would have ever thought of.

They had just opened a new chapel at 204 North Liberty, a block away from their main place, and offered to do our wedding there. It is a steampunk, rustic room with a large area for the bride to get ready in private, barn door walkway, amazing chandeliers, and wall art. It was so beautiful.... everything went so well. We were even given a lock to place on the metal picture on the wall and throw away the key. My husband was very pleased because all of his friends and family are out here in the MO and KS area and he wanted to invite them if they could make it short notice. Our little wedding turned to something his Grandmas described as, "Better than it would have been getting married in Buckingham Palace." I couldn't agree more. It was so beautiful and we will treasure that day for the rest of our lives. Thank you both for making our day so wonderful.

They made the whirlwind nightmare a dream compared to the distressing situation I was in.
They offer a beautiful location to get married in, officiate, they have ushers/help available, they also provide absolutely amazing photography, and are a dream to work with. They made it so easy in this adorable historic town.

We even walked across the street to the court house after we got married to drop off the papers. It was convenient, easy, and pain free. I am so grateful for them. I can't wait to get the photos back and see the artistry of the photography! More...

me and my husband only wanted something small and affordable with a few selected people mainly moms, dads we both work by driving professionally locally he taxi i carrier type services with postmates. We gain enough but we also budgeted in a car or 2 for us and the kids, i was glad i was able to come to kc weddings 2 go. i'm a minister but it would be hard to explain my licences not signed by someone else under proper legal aspects, so i decided to go with theses ladies and skip all the driving up north from raytown, when simply being in one area to cover licences, wedding and distances my planing worked. I did plan my own wedding with a small budget of 300.00 this was services licences and my dress with accessories. but breaking food budgets at a restaurant we just, had reception at my mom.s house, my husband treated the dinner hand made. so all the family could relax and be open to meet one another fully. and after words yea ladies fires works galore. With my wife living in MO, and I in NY. We sought out a wedding service that would fit our small needs. Upon calling Pastor Nancy, it was a breath of fresh air upon our minds with this. As she made everything as easy for us as we needed. In a quick turnaround of time. My wife and I met with Pastor Meg, who officiated or marriage. Both Pastor Nancy and Pastor Meg are kind and giving people. Who are passionate about what they do in helping people with their "forever day". Whatever your needs are with your upcoming wedding day. I can not recommend KC Weddings 2 Go enough!

I can not begin to express how amazing of a person paster Nancy is me and my fiance Tara met her she gave us an amazing deal the price was more the reasonable she took so much time explaining every detail out to us she met with us that same day we met her at her beautiful venue it was brand new the Edison down to the lighting and all her special touches the entire room was breath taking I could not believe the price and she was going to also give us photography on top of it but my fiances family really wanted us to be married in a church so we decided to be married in a church but for anyone looking to be married u need to call pastor Nancy we even put a deposit down and she gave us our deposit down the next day that's how honest and amazing she is she is a great person with a beautiful venue making peoples weddings beautiful and affordable

Just married today!! I loved everything about Nancy and the weddings to go. The chapel is right by the courthouse so it was very convenient. We were not looking to do a huge wedding. To us its all about the love. But the setting is very Intimate and delicate and very pretty. And pastor Nancy is amazing. She was the officiant as well as the photographer!! Nancy was absolutely amazing and made everything about my small, intimate ceremony perfect. She was so easy to talk to and listened to all my crazy ideas. She then shared a few of her own which of course I thought were so much better. Her genuineness and her personality just added to the greatest day of my life thus far. I had 1 week to throw together my ceremony because I wanted my brother there and we didn't know until the last moment if he was going to be granted leave from the military or not. Thanks to Nancy, it all worked out perfectly. I picked the location. She provided the flowers and boutonniere. She performed the ceremony. She was even gracious enough to take some amazing photos of us with our family members who were present. Although it was not some grand affair with a huge guest list and fancy reception....it was however exactly how we wanted it and we couldn't have been happier.
