Being new to the "empty nest" season and in my upper 50's, I was trying to figure out what my purpose was in life. Heart Talk Life Coaching with Charity Bowie gave me freedom to dream again but with a good, solid challenge to do something about it. What do you love most about your job?
Having heart to heart conversations with women in an environment they feel safe, heard, motivated and encouraged. I'm excited when women have a breakthrough in realizing their God given potential and are able to accomplish their goals
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to offer encouragement, and use my innate ability to weed through the noise of excuses in order to get to the root of what's holding a woman back from living authentically.
Why should our clients choose you?
My approach to accomplishing goals is straight forward and intentional. I believe that honoring your personality and personal values leads to more authentic living, thus a more fulfilled life. I offer the tools in a simple 3 step process to lay the ground work for accomplishing goals. Clients will have access to an online tool that houses their lessons, goal and vision tracking, calendar for goal date-setting, and journaling. I offer coaching on a subscription basis. Clients have the choice of month to month ($60), $25/month - one year, or $45/month - one year. Another benefit of choosing HTLC is that the proceeds benefit a passion of mine; 11th House on the Left, a respite home for women experiencing acute stress.

Girlfriends and Heart Talk
Life coaching in a group setting for women who prefer this coaching style. Girlfriends and Heart Talk is centered around understanding your unique wiring (personality) and values and how best to live authentically with the others sharing this experience with you. The added benefits of working with a group are the opportunities for diverse feedback , camaraderie, and encouragement to accomplish goals.
Coach Accountable
I utilize Coach Accountable for all my clients. This online platform provides you with your personal coaching journal, coaching lessons, coaching resources, and a calendar that keeps you on track with your goals.
Couple mediation
I do not provide relationship coaching. I offer couples the opportunity to sit down with me as a mediator in order to facilitate effective communication between the parties.
