Went here for the first time today, store was clean, employees were very friendly, hot bar/salad bar was clean and had a good selection of hot foods. Meat counter was nice and the employee behind it was very nice, introduced himself, told us about the store, offered to help us with whatever we needed. After having lunch downtown we remembered GreenLeaf has an amazing bakery and went over to check our deserts. The store was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We gave ourselves a self-guided tour of the hot and cold bars and just made ourselves familiar with the store. The selection was impressive, especially for a smaller neighborhood market. Fruits were fresh, veggies came from local farms. They had all sorts of other items like dog food and pet and cleaning supplies. The teller told us they have online ordering system where they will shop for you and you just pick up at the counter, which seems like a great option. We'll be back for taco Tuesday! Came in for lunch as this place was recommended by a friend. To my surprise this was under $5 total. The wings were . Amazingly delicious, sauced up right, and CRISPY! I knew it was going to be good bc the smell of well done cooked chicken hits your nose as you approach the front door. I wondered over to the bakery and had to remind myself I’m supposed to be choosing healthier options. So it took the strength of Job to walk away from massive cupcakes. So I headed for the checkout and on my way I passed the juiciest looking plum I have seen in years. The PLUM was so darn good and juicy. I’m embarrassed to say the mess I made eating it . The cashier was so nice and friendly. She gave me a rewards card that I fully intended on using. I was so excited I didn’t realize I swiped the wrong debit. I’m walking away in excitement and the cashier was so polite in how she let me know my card decline. A simple fix and I was on my way. What a GREAT first impression. This will be a GoTo on my lunch break!!! More...
