We had an awful smell, as though something had died in the attic, which came and went for the past three summers. We had the house exterminated for months then followed up with having the attic spray-foam insulated. Yet the smell returned with a vengeance this summer. I searched the internet for causes and came across an article on mold and dirty ducts. I found green air duct services in my search. They responded promptly and were at my house to remedy the situation within a few days. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, their attention to detail, the photos they took of the cleaning process and how meticulously they cleaned up afterwards. My house smells fresh and clean! They even identified that I have a mold problem in the bathroom exhausts. The exhaust fans are old and have to be cleaned out. I already have an appointment for next week so they can take care of that as well. I could not be happier! Great customer service. Green Air gave us an appointment within a few days of our call. Came when stated and called within half an hour to confirm arrival of the service person.
