Tom Ausley (the founder of the firm) represented me in a complicated, emotionally charged divorce with significant money at stake and 3 children. Mr. Ausley met with me the day after my inquiry and spent over an hour with me, patiently engaged as my story unfolded.I was scared & emotionally distraught and he & his staff put me at ease.I had meet with 2 other high powered attorneys and frankly, they made me even more anxious and scared, reveling their tactics for preparing the other side for "slaughter" , so to speak.Mr. Ausley, a wise, imposing figure with decades of experience under his belt, had a calming, seemingly compassionate demeanor as he explained my options and responded to my questions.
