I would highly recommend G&S Mechanical, they are unmatched in great customer service, quality installation, and knowledgeable in their field! Thank you Jesse, Ray, and Spencer for your hard work in the installation of our new AC and Furnace unit. Trust me, you can't go wrong with G&S Mechanical! In our first 5 days after installation of the new unit, the City of Austin sent an email saying we used 23% less electricity! Can't beat that after struggling with a 16-year-old AC unit that was drowning us in high electricity bills. Called on a Sunday evening because the blower went out, expecting to leave a message but a nice lady named Stephanie answered. She took down our information and said she would call back in the morning to put us on the schedule. Stephanie called at 7:30 a.m. the next morning and said someone would come out between 10:00 a.m. and Noon. At 9:48 a.m. Cody called and said he was 20 minutes out. Wow! (recalling bad experiences of other companies saying they'd be there sometime between 10 a m. - 2 p.m., and showing up at 3:15 p.m.). Cody confirmed that it was the blower that needed to be replaced (kudos to Carrier because that blower lasted for a good 9 years), and if we agree, that he would retrieve an OEM Carrier blower from the shop and switch them out later in the evening (we're Texans and have a couple of small, portable A/C units, JIC). Cody was professional, courteous, and did a great job installing the new blower. It's the next day writting this review and we couldn't be happier with Stephanie, Cody and G&S Mechanical because of their professionalism, fair pricing, and because it's cold in here. More...

Our air conditioner went out overnight. When we got in touch with G & S mechanical, they were very backed up with service calls. Lauren went above and beyond to fit us into the schedule. A service tech came out at six in the evening and did an amazing job.It is the willingness to go above and beyond that always makes me appreciate a business.This was my experience with G & S mechanical.
