What’s your signature dish?
One of our signature dishes is the Grilled Salmon with Lemon. This dish is one of our clients favorite because it is prepared on site and cooked to perfection which offers a moist, juicy hot and fresh entree for serving.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take time to ask detailed questions so that our clients are super satisfied with the options given to them during our consultation.
What do you love most about your job?
Chef Byrd and her team has served their community and clients for over 25+ years and continues to work with clients to create unforgettable events that are sure to make a lasting impression.
There is nothing like the gratitude you get from a client who is overjoyed with your service and the taste of your cuisine.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration comes from Desiree and Daylan Eubanks who happened to be my young adult children. They have inspired me to follow my heart and dream bigger, even today.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
D&D Catering and Events, LLC takes the health and safety of our clients and team members very seriously. We require mask at all food stations, buffets and meal service events to be worn by our team. Sanitizing stations/pumps are on hand at all events.
Our management team monitors the www.CDC.gov guidelines often.
Corporate Catering
Breakfast meetings, lunch deliveries, all day business meetings, retirement parties, open houses, product launches, holiday parties, dinners or cookouts, we can feed any size group anywhere.
Our extensive menu allows us to feed your employees monthly, quarterly or everyday with new and exciting options.
We offer delivery with set up and full service events.
Wedding Catering
D&D Catering and Events, LLC is your go-to caterer for weddings, serving many weddings per year. Our Wedding Coordinator is available to handle any and all questions about planning your perfect day, from set up, to service, to clean up. Menus are separated by types: Reception Menus (heavy hors d’oeuvers and appetizers), Dinner Buffets, Plated Dinners, Family Style Menus, or Station Menus. As well as Passed or Stationary Appetizer Menus, Late Night Snacks and Desserts.
Private Event Catering
We service House parties and special events for any size group. Dinners, graduations, celebration of life, family reunions, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, class reunions and more.
D&D Delivers
Platters, entrees, appetizers, full meals and more available for delivery from our various locations. Delivery of hot food, ready to serve or cold with reheating instructions for any size group.
