Honestly the most delicious cakes and cupcakes around! I have used Cupcakes D’Amour for multiple events and won’t use anyone else! Manon is extremely professional and the kindest person to work with. My original wedding was canceled due to hurricane Florence at the last minute and she was so flexible to still make my husband and I a cake we could enjoy together that night after our private ceremony. She also made the cake for our re-do wedding celebration. Both were absolutely fabulous and SO beautiful!! She recently made a wedding dress display out of cupcakes for a shower I threw for my soon to be sister in law and they were a HIT! Manon is absolutely incredible. We used Cupcakes d’Amour for our wedding cake and cupcakes. We ordered 200 cupcakes for a wedding of 150 guests and they were GONE! Manon at Cupcakes d'Amour did an amazing job on our wedding cake! Our baker went MIA a month before our wedding and she was recommended by our coordinator. Thankfully she was available. She created a beautiful, delicious watercolor inspired cake. I sent her a photo of what I had in mind and because she had never done another cake like it she made a mock up for us to see during our meeting. She has so many lovely flavors available it was hard to pick three. We loved the Cinnamon Roll cake with cinnamon frosting. To us it tasted exactly like a snicker doodle cookie. We still have dreams about it. Manon delivered everything to our venue on time (despite the rain) and even added the flowers provided by our florist. I would recommend her to everyone. Manon was amazing!! Not only was her cake delicious, but it was absolutely beautiful! I really didn't have a clear view on what I wanted our wedding cake to look like, but Manon worked with me, offered different examples and was able to help craft the perfect wedding cake for us! I think the hardest part about working with Manon is having to pick from her incredible fresh flavors! All of the cakes we tasted during our tasting were phenomenal! And what made that even easier, was her recommendation of doing each layer a different one of her decadent flavors. The cake was delicious! Manon made a coconut cream cake for me, and it was dense, very moist, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Because she used 3 full layers it stood very high; 1/2 of my 6” cake was plenty for 6 people. Guests were thrilled that I divided the remainder for them to take home. Picking a cake and cupcakes from Cupcakes d’Amour was a great experience from the appointment for the tasting of the various flavors to the cake/cupcakes arriving at our event. The owner, Manon, was so polite and a great listener. She responded quickly to all our questions thru out the months leading up to our event. We picked a three layer cake, one French toast (my very favorite), lemon and chocolate peanut butter. The cake was so moist and everyone enjoyed. One guest said it was the best cake she had ever had! "I planned a birthday dinner for a friend. Three hours before the dinner, I realized I had not ordered a dessert.
