My office has food catered from here and it is fantastic! We have lunches catered periodically, but this was our first time with this company and we will definitely use them again. The food was delicious.

Nikol and her team catered my husbands 50th birthday party. Nikol was a pleasure to work with and made the most delicious steak and chicken fajita bar which included a lovely salad and tasty chips and pita bread with different sauces and dips! Nikol did an outstanding job catering our event! She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The food was over the top-lamb chops, tuna tartare, crab cakes, beef wellington, fruit, cheese and vegetable tray, and the desserts (oh my). Great food, great service. Food was plentiful and set up beautifully on the table. I had Culinary Republic cater a shower after having had their food served at events at work. We had had many work events at restaurants and had catered meals before but Culinary Republic was the only food that the entire staff loved and ordered again. Do you want the good news or the bad news first? Â Ok, here goes. Bad news is that Culinary Republic closed its doors at the Tower Club location a while ago. The GOOD NEWS is that they still offer their amazing food in 2 ways!! Â 1) it's now a catering company. The head chef and owner Nikol prepares amazing food and presentations. She often caters the events at my law firm in Fort Lauderdale and hands down her food was always the best. 2) rumor has it that they now own Fat Belly Sandwich Co. that opened last week in Pompano.
