I’m still astounded by the results that people are getting here everyday. I wasn’t sure about the whole Crossfit thing to begin with, but I thought I’d give it a shot. Boy, am I glad that I did! I feel like I’ve rolled the clock back decades. And I owe it all to the incredibly knowledgeable coaches here at Crossfit Saxonburg. I never thought I would love 5:30am as much as I do! So thankful for Jason and this box that came to our little hometown. Don't be intimidated by the "crossfit" name .. we have people of all ages and levels. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly-- they truly love seeing new faces!
