Best gym i have ever been a part of in my entire life. Some of these people keep saying it is not just a "gym" and they are so right. ProjectMove is a community, it is family, it is hope for something better, it is home. The past couple months have been unreal and i have never felt better! I am surrounded by people striving to not only better themselves physically, but better themselves in life as well. The coaches at projectmove offer more than just coaching, they encourage and uplift, they push you to be the best you can be because they know that sometimes all it takes is someone who believes you can do it in order for YOU to believe you can too. With the help and encouragement of my coaches and projectmove family I have accomplished things I would have never thought possible. This is an incredible place, filled with incredible, authentic, and down to earth people...and I am so blessed to be a part of it. Thank you so much ProjectMove! More...

Each time before class there is a small introduction that everyone in class is asked to do...you are asked about goals for the month and write them on a black board on the wall. ..trainers push you to achieve that goal... Over all its been a great experience for a new comer like me More...

The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. They do their very best to give members and prospective members the experience that best suits them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend project move to an inexperienced beginner or an seasoned athlete. Their class variety makes it difficult to not find a great fit for anyone looking to move forward in their fitness journey! More...

I found this gym because we signed our kids up for a summer class to improve their overall athleticism. Then I started going because I could work out while they were there. And then I joined because it is so great! Staff, classes, their whole approach to working out is awesome and different. Here's what I think about this place: One of the best things about ProjectMOVE is that newcomers are started in the intro class and emphasis is placed on correct form and not doing more than you're able. The coaches push you without putting you in danger. I also like that at the beginning of many of the classes, we'll go around and introduce ourselves and tell something about ourselves. I'm surprised I like this aspect because gym time is usually a solitary thing for me (by preference.) All the coaches are very accommodating and friendly. Many of the members are too--it's not intimidating coming in as an overweight newbie like it might be at other places. I also like that there are events that take place outside of the gym, contributing to the community feel of the place. There is also phenomenal support with yoga, pitaiyo, mobility classes, and access to great Dr.s! The skills and mobility class is one of the best I've ever taken and concentrates on stuff that is always overlooked! More...

Project Move is a very welcoming CF environment. The coaches are very knowledgeable and break down each workout to your level of fitness. Everyone is coached equally, without emphasis on the elite athletes. The other athletes are incredibly nice and go out of there way to say 'hi' if you're a visitor or just out of fundamentals. Lots of emphasis on safety, which means allot.
Awesome box that I highly recommend.

I think the strongest attribute of Project Move is that your experience is whatever you want it to be. Being new to crossfit I was looking to avoid a pretentious, exclusionary environment saturated with meatheads and unobtainable workouts but demanding enough to progress with me. I found just that with personable coaches who were genuinely interested and personally involved in providing knowledge and support based on my objectives. With emphasis on form and function I've managed to obtain tangible improvements in fitness injury free. The workouts are well thought out and provide enough variety and challenge to keep me coming back every day I can. More...

Project Move has been my home away from home since I came from Oregon out here to Colorado. Everyone there has been unreal nice and welcoming, making my first Crossfit experience a great one. Next to my morning coffee, it is the thing I look forward to the most in my day. The things I like the most about this gym is the great community, cleanliness of the gym, variety of workouts, and the quality of all the equipment. This will probably be the thing I miss the most from Colorado. More...

My biggest takeaway from Project Move was how each trainer was completely involved with the members and cared about their health and wellness. The staff are very friendly and always give their best to everyone. The biggest strength of the program was the flexibility in hours and time you can observe and shadow. I loved how I could go in and there was a bunch of different varieties of classes and sessions. I learned a lot from the staff, mainly how they motivate their members. They always made sure the members were pushing themselves so they could be the best they could be. In this program, you learn a little of everything from CrossFit, strength and conditioning, physical therapy, personal training, chiropractors, and more. Shane, Chris, and everyone that I shadowed were great and if I had questions they would answer them and they would explain to me exactly what they were doing. Project Move is remarkable because there is so much going on and endless opportunities of learning. The staff are amazing and great people and the members were also very friendly. Overall Project Move is a fantastic place to be a part of. More...

I don't think there is one thing I can say bad about this place. I started coming to PM a little over a year ago after my husband bugging me to join him there. He had been going there for about six months prior to me & kept trying to convince me to join. I was to nervous because I thought it would be an intimidating environment. It has turned out to be the complete opposite. Not only am I in the best shape I've ever been I feel like I've gained a whole new family. Every single coach in this place is knowledgeable and super friendly and the members are all normal every day people. Not the meat heads I thought would be there. I absolutely looove my PM family and seriously don't know where I'd be without it... probably still on some treadmill somewhere. Thanks for everything ProjectMove!! More...

A great place with a great community. This is not just a crossfit gym. It is much more than that. Strength training, functional fitness, with safe movements, great coaching and solid programming.

ProjectMOVE is awesome. I worked with Justin Rewa to get my diet and fitness back on track. I have some injuries that had been limiting my ability to exercise freely and he developed a program for me that worked around those pain points. For someone who doesn't like gyms or working out in front of anyone, I felt totally comfortable there and the vibe is inspiring. :) More...

I am a 49 year old very active man who wants to stay as active as possible. Unfortunately, my back and neck pain from 10 spine surgeries and 24 screws, rods, plates, etc, has kept me from doing everything I want to do, as often as I want to do it. I am still very active, but not without daily - sometimes excruciating pain.

I was referred to Brandon Wiseman (Personal Trainer at Project Move) about 4 months ago because of his expertise with injuries and his ability to (hopefully) coach core movements and exercises that would strengthen my core muscles weakened by repeated surgeries and ultimately causing my daily pain. I’d been working out on my own the past 3 years but just not able to get over the daily pain hump.

Within 2 weeks of working with Brandon I started to realize improvement I never really thought possible! I had always assumed because of my injuries I’d be in pain the rest of my life. In just about 2 months, Brandon and Project Move have virtually eliminated my pain (now I’m just sore from working out LOL). I am truly astounded and thankful beyond words.

I recently played 18 holes of golf pain-free for the first time in 25 years, when I could never go more than 9 holes without pain. I have just about eliminated Ibuprofen from my pain-relief regimen (I’ve been taking it 3-5 times daily for years and years and years), I recently wake-boarded 5 days straight, 2-3 times each day PAIN FREE, I work sometimes 12 hours a day completely forgetting to take Ibuprofen when I would normally be reminded by my pain to take the drug.

If you are still reading this...I appreciate it, and hopefully you will too. I hope (especially if you have chronic pain) you go to Project Move and see Brandon Wiseman, and I truly hope you get some pain relief. Good luck!

Just signed up for CrossFit at Project Move! I have been to 4 classes so far and I am totally addicted! This place rocks! Even though I am not in the best shape possible I do not feel self conscious but rather inspired by all the support I have received . It has been an excellent experience thus far and I only expect it to continue. They provide support, motivation and direction. All you have to do is bring it, follow through and have fun! So happy with my dear friend who referred me to Project Move, thanks Amber! I am thoroughly pleased that I joined such an awesome facility with an outstand group of trainers! More...
