Hired them back in September 2018 to paint the living room, dining room, and bathroom my condo in Somerville. The crew was friendly, efficient, and clean. We used Cosmos a few months ago to hand paint our new kitchen cabinets and we have been so impressed by the whole experience from start to finish. John, who runs the company, was a pleasure to deal with and remained closely involved throughout the process from initial quotation to coordinating some touch up work just a few days ago after our floors were refinished and some of the toe kick areas were scratched. Jacqui handles the scheduling and was also great to work with as was Mario who is one of the lead painters and manages the crew. He was so considerate of our space and went to great lengths to set up protection for the surrounding areas which is hugely important. We were away when most of the painting was being done and he even texted us pictures as they were going through it to make sure we were happy with everything. We used a few different painters as part of our overall renovation project - for built-ins, walls and trim, etc - because the others were managed by our general contractor. But we went to Cosmos directly for the kitchen work since we felt the quality was so important there... and their quality and attention to detail was by far the best. Equally as important, if not more so, was that the were so easy to work with and had the best level of customer service. I hired Cosmos Painting to re-seal my cedar shingles and fix gapping in my trim. I met with John to discuss the project and he was extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations for the best type of product to use. His team was extremely thorough and did an excellent job in powerwashing the house, bleaching darker areas of the wood and then very carefully applying the sealer.
