Dear Frank Deluca,I must thank you for all that you did the help us celebrate our holiday. The kids all had a great time and felt that the drivers tried their best to give them an enjoyable time. I hope the kids all behaved themselves and where respectful.In addition, I appreciate your personal help over the last two weeks. I must have called you at least once a day to add or change a limo. Furthermore, you personally came three times, out of your way, to the school to pick up the deposits. This made things very convenient for me and I really am thankful for that.As I saw from the other companies I have used in the past, many limo companies like to mess people over in many different ways, including to change the cars on the customer, or to raise the agreed upon rate. With you everything was as agreed upon. All the cars all showed up early and the price quoted was the price paid. You did not deviate on the original terms in any way. Cosmopolitan Coach Limo Inc is simply amazing company by far. Myself and my friends are from the Italy and we booked the limo as a surprise for my friends birthday. The Limo wasn't not only on time it was arrived a 1/2 an hour early who wouldn't love that (No Worries!!!) The Limousine that arrived was an exceptionally beautiful piece of art/work. They were very profession and very reasonable in price, you get what you pay for, and what we paid for is what we got, Quality, Courteous, and an experienced driver. We had champagne in the car and the driver took us on an unforgettable ride to see all Manhatten at night via the Brooklyn Bridge and then dropped us off on time at the restaurant for dinner. I would recommend Cosmopolitan Coach Limo Inc to anyone, the service was outstanding and we couldn't have wished for any more. Amazing limo and we had a great friendly driver. Cosmopolitan Coach is a perfect wedding Limousine company, our driver, was absolutely perfect.
Cosmopolitan Coach has some of the nicest and cleanest limos. For the cost and cleanliness and quality of drivers it is well worth it. I looked at a few places and Cosmopolitan Coach just stood out from all of them. The owners are great to deal with. I booked this company fairly early and they were perfect with working with our schedule. Our driver was the probably one of the best drivers I've had! Dressed to the 9's, so much so the photographer shot pictures of him! They were on time (if not early-I wasn't able to see),but I was told from my maid of honor and everything was perfect. The responsiveness was superb, because we needed one of the to leave immediately after dropping us off to go pick up more people. Shortly after they were told by the time I turned around they were back and he went back to pick up more guests. We had such a good time going from the ceremony to the reception! Very polite and well mannered drivers, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality service!
I would recommend them for anyone's wedding! I would never hesitate to use this company again!
