The cleaners for CDA Housekeeping are the best regardless of what you want cleaned. They have cleaned my vacation rental for over a year now and even though it would take me days to clean at that level I am constantly impressed by the quality and their flexibility in scheduling, timing and my quirky requests (I only like vinegar to clean my floors) They always answer when I call and I have even had my wife as Trisha how to get hard water stains off of our own home glass shower door. They are kind and always humble, never make you feel like your requests are silly. When I remodeled the bathroom they were PROS at the post contruction clean too. You should know if you have ever done a remodel the DUST NEVER SETTLES, they cleaned it one day returned the next morning to ensure it was all clear (smart cookies they are) and we never had an issue. i called to confirm a clean that no one had shown up for, i almost immediately got a call back from Cory who was absolutely wonderful. turns out that i had scheduled the clean with a different company but Cory immediately offered to come take care of it for me, she had my home cleaned within 24 hours and relieved so much stress about having the other company not show up. She was professional and courteous and the housekeeping staff was AMAZING, they were knowledgeable and paid close attention to what was important to ME. I didn't feel like they came in for a routine clean, they catered to my needs and kept their focus where i wanted it. We use Coeur d'Alene housekeeping for our vacation rental. The service they provide is absolutely vital to the reputation of our business. Their work is impeccable, and responsiveness outstanding. Cori has been able to switch cleaning dates at a moment's notice, and is immediately responsive and accountable to my concerns. Crews arrive on time, every time. Details are so important. After CdA Housekeeping crews have been in my home, I find an exceptionally clean kitchen, including the stainless appliances and sinks that were not only cleaned, but then wiped down so there are no water spots or cleanser residue. Bathrooms are spotless, and guests find not only towels that are folded beautifully, but the toilet paper as well!
