I got to use this company to clean my condo and my new house all within the same two weeks. Staff on the phone and in person were very friendly, especially nosy Rosie as she calls her self. Everyone was so professional and personable. They did an awesome job cleaning both locations. I had very dark carpet in the condo with traffic stains from the door to the hallway and they all came out. And I have very light carpet in my new house that was tracked with dirt and grime since we are renovating and they came out beautiful. I definitely would recommend them to anyone. This review is for the service man named, Yule M.Wowie wow! Talk about a hard worker! He spent a sizable amount of time getting my carpet in perfect condition. They practically look brand new, I could not be any happier with my results. This company tends to be on Groupon quite a bit, I happened to have noticed fellow Groupon users gave them good reviews so I took a chance and was not disappointed. When it comes to hiring people to assist with home improvements, basically anything you are not able to do yourself, you are sort of at the mercy of the person providing services to be willing to put forth the effort to do a good job, you don't always get that though. It's definitely an honor system sort of situation as you have people coming into your home, and you have to trust that they will be respectful and do a thorough job. Hands down the BEST carpet and tile cleaners in the region!These guys are honest, reliable, and the quality of their work far exceeds the other cleaners we've tried. We purchased a new house 14 years ago. And like most people, we have our carpets and tiles professionally cleaned at least once a year. We've tried others, but once we found Cleanup Carpet & Tile, they became our go-to cleaners. Had my tile and grout cleaned and color sealed, and my countertops cleaned. Very professional quote visit, zero pressure sales tactics or upsell at all. I read the reviews that said grout had been a problem from a couple years ago, so I called and talked with Sabrina. She addressed my concerns, and I booked the job. They did a great job on my tiles. The grout color seal was the best. It looks awesome. If  you are on the fence like I was about that process (color seal), trust me..its worth it! It looks amazing. Also, let me say this..they didnt leave my house until it was completely done right, even though it took them longer than expected, because I sprung and extra 38 sq feet on them.  And they wanted it to be right. Sometimes the schedule has to be flexible, and they told me that. So when you read reviews about them being "late", it happens because they are doing it well. And they notify you, I'm sure. Look at this amazing tile cleaning! We have natural porous travertine throughout our house. Mopping it never looked clean enough. I almost gave up on it and wanted to rip it out. As a last resort, I thought I would try a professional cleaning. When I reached out to Cleanup Carpet & Tile Care, I was reassured the techs could clean it well. If you need your carpets or tile cleaned, THIS is the place to use!  Even though our flooring didn't appear to need cleaning since there are only two of us, we figured we'd have it done since it's been TEN YEARS!  I was only doing some spot cleaning. Friendly and fast service! After nine years I finally had my carpets professionally cleaned! Other times over the years we've tried to shampoo ourselves through rental machines but it wasn't the same! My original plan was to convert to vinyl flooring but that is now pushed for another time since my daughter is moving back home sooner than expected! Yikes! Need something quick! Checked Groupon and found this deal! I requested next day service and they were able to accommodate at their earliest time. My time slot was between 9:00-10:00a. Communication was excellent by text and phone call. Said they were running a little late, which was okay with me. Eric was to be my technician and he arrived at 10:30a. Looked over the downstairs and began to plan where he would begin. I asked if he could include the tile and grout cleaning in the kitchen and for an additional $59 he was able to add the extra work in his schedule. Some parts of my home needed more heavy cleaning than the rest of the home, an extra $40 for pretreat was recommended. Overall happy with the service of this company. Friendly, professional and fast. A family run business by Eric and Sabrina (brother and sister) and their staff... Eric went through the whole downstairs in a little over two hours. I am EXTEMELY Pleased of how efficient and professional this company is! Yule and Michael worked magic on my carpets, especially the high traffic areas (surprisingly even the heavily soiled areas, courtesy of my 5 year old son lol). I am also impressed that my carpets felt slightly damped, a great sign that my carpet wont mildew and they even provided me with shoe covers! Did amazing work on my carpet. However... Their planning system wasn't the greatest. Had the 11-1pm slot and they didn't arrive till after 2:30pm. .. The reception gave the drivers the wrong address, as they say - said they would be there in 30 minutes - then called the reception directly after they didn't show after and a half. She said their van was broken down... Yet they pulled into my driveway 5 minutes after that. Them cliaming there was traffic, when I had looked up on navigation exactly where they were coming from with zero traffic. If you made a stop along the way, that's fine - don't lie to a customer... All of you, don't like being liked to. Again, they did excellent work, quick and made the carpets look brand new - and even added a few stain removals for my loss of time. Just wish I could have done a lot more with my day off than waiting around my house for them to show up and do a quick 20 minute job. I decided to give them another chance to provide service after speaking with my daughter who showed me how to check my Yelp account that tracks the purchases you've made. Our Cleanup carpet guy was professional, Â and on time. Â He kindly provided us shoe covers so we could walk on the carpet after they were cleaned. The home we purchased has off white carpet throughout the home. Â The carpet was full of stains. Â I found a Groupon first then contacted the company prior to purchasing the Groupon. Â SABRINA booked my appointment and said would honor the price of the Groupon without my purchasing the Groupon. Â After Jewel (I think that's his name) Â looked at the carpet, Â he suggested the presoak treatment considering the type and amount of stains I had on the carpet. I needed carpets in 2 small rooms (bathroom and tv room) and a  sofa cleaned before entertaining at Christmas. I waited too long and had a hard time getting carpet cleaners to return my call or take the job because it was too small. Sabrina was a life saver! She was very busy but fit me into her schedule. She was very professional, honest and courteous. She gave me a very good price, then went above and beyond the work involved and didn't charge me extra. I usually clean the carpets myself with my own carpet cleaner machine but didn't have time. So I know how to clean and what is involved. My first time using this company on 7/5/17.I called on Monday 7/3/17 they got me right in. The service was excellent. Previous to them coming out I had tired everything to get these black streaks out of my lamented floors, nothing seemed to work. The two gentleman showed up on time and called before they came. They did a test job on my floor and got everything up. They were fast left no water on the floors! My floors are squeaky clean! They also gave me some advice on how to keep the floors clean.
