What makes a great website?
A great website is fairly fluid. There are some core principles which have tested time and this is what we look to deliver for our clients. Speed, Good design, Usability, and Value. It should be fast to load, pleasant to the eyes, easily navigated from all devices, and the contents should be designed to provide value to the user. If you keep those principles in everything you do, it will be a great site!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I would ask them some primary questions about the business. If you don't know their business goals and objectives, how can you provide value? We talk about their customers, the history of the business, what has worked, what has been a challenge. Why they want to do the project, timeframes, budgets, and the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping businesses grow. I know that my services help deliver opportunities for my clients. From ecommerce sales to leads, it is very satisfying to see the growth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to make a difference for my clients. Too many providers do not deliver on their promises. I wanted to be able to control that and deliver on my promises.
