Tonight I pulled up to the drive through to order my kids dinner. The car in front of me had a young woman and a few kids. Her card was declined. As the woman drove up to the window the woman expected them to attempt to swipe her card again. Instead the workers handed her the food she ordered and told her to have a wonderful evening. I came in to get some food a couple days ago at the severna park location. I got a lg. Chicken soup and a 12 pc nugget. I didn't check my food because you guys are usually really good about getting orders right. However I didn't notice until I got home that I got a 4 pc. chicken strip instead of my 12 pc nugget. Soup was good though! I went to the chik-fil-a in Annapolis today and the soup was awful, the carrots and celery were hard and didn't seem to be cooked all the way and there were hardly any noodles � Of course I didn't know until I came home and I live in Pasadena. No way I'm driving back to Annapolis! Also Annapolis got my order wrong as well. Except this time I checked because of my experience at the severna park location the other day. Ugh. More...

Ordered two spicy chicken meals and a cookie about 730pm 9/1/2017. I had to remind them to give me my two drinks at the pick up window, got home and the cookie wasn't in the bag. At least the sandwich was good.

The employees couldn't have been more stellar. I was with my 3 kids (aged 1-5), and it was drizzling. An employee literally chased me down in the parking lot to walk us in under his umbrella. They got us a highchair, spread out the table cover for me, and upon learning that we had a birthday kid all 3 of my kiddos were presented with stuffed cows. I have to tell this story.. I lost my Uncle a little over a week ago. Tomorrow is his funeral. I haven't slept.. have been on the verge of tears on and off, and I woke up sick. Today I wanted a little joy in my life and nothing quite satisfies me like a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit when I'm feeling down. I was running late to work so I didn't get to stop for breakfast at Chick-fil-A. Around 11:15.. I was able to take a quick break from caring for others (I'm a nurse) �. I thought... I know breakfast is over but just maybe I can speak with a manager and tell them how much a chicken biscuit would mean to me. I spoke with the lovely Sammi. I think she could see the pain in my eyes, without hesitation, she said she would see what she could do. About 3 mins later she comes back and apologizes but she was unable to make me my beloved breakfast, but she gave me 2 cards for a free breakfast sandwich for my next visit. I thank her repeatedly, choking back tears. I proceed to order lunch.. after a few pushes of some buttons she hands me a receipt. I looked puzzled and said wait I didn't pay. She just looked at me like I took care of it.. I of course start crying through my many thank you's.. them she goes one step farther.. she asks if I need a hug. I of course accept! First off.. the simple fact that she took her time to attempt to get me breakfast even though it was past the time... was amazing of her and speaks volumes on the excellent customer service Chick-fil-A has always had. However Sammi went soooooo above and beyond! I simply can not thank her enough. She made my day 1000% better. I want to thank her parents for raising such a beautiful, kind woman! I want to thank Chick-Fil-A for employing an outstanding, amazing employee! She went above and beyond and I am forever grateful and humbled. We need more people like her in this world! At 8:30 tonight I picked up dinner at the Chic-Fil-A in Severna Park (drive thru). VERY unusual, but we were short/missing a meal. I didn't have the time to go back, so I called. The Manager, Jimmy, was so understanding and empathetic. He offered to mail me coupons for meals, which I graciously accepted. About 5 minutes ago, there was a knock at the door...it was Jimmy with another meal in hand for us, along with 2 gift cards in an envelope! I was overwhelmed at this type of customer service!!
