Excellent food!! We went here for my bday dinner and did the 3 course menu. Everything that I sampled on the menu was extremely tasty. The fried oysters and streak were fantastic, plus the wine selection is pretty expansive. The only down side was the dessert selections, which I expected to provide more variety. Kris is the best kept secret in Houston! Hands down one of the best meals I've ever had. I've been here half a dozen times and each time leave more and more impressed. The bread is to die for as is pretty much everything else they offer. It's run by the culinary students so there is a passion for the food that you don't often find in other high end restaurants. You can also take cooking classes on anything you eat off the menu. When in doubt on what to order, ask the waiter, they always steer you in the right direction. You won't be disappointed :) More...

Industriel had a great menu, amazing drinks and overall great ambiance. I ordered the Cabbage and Apple Salad with a side of egg whites and it was exactly what I wanted. It was a perfect portion and the flavors were diverse and fresh. My friend got the Shrimp and Grits which I tasted and the flavors were incredible. The service was prompt and efficient.
