Keira and I met through the FYT app/website and I am so happy I found her! We've been training for a few months and she provides such an empowering and supportive environment to train in! She is extremely flexible and go with the flow, meeting me at my home gym and training me there. We celebrate little victories and continue to push for more progress! I started with Chaotic Good Fitness a few months ago. I got more sedate as I got older so I needed some motivation and accountability. Keira provided me with a plan based on what I wanted and could accomplish. They gave me workouts that are attainable, recipes and positive reinforcement. I have met goals but want to continue with consistency. Not perfect , but I can reflect on my successes and re-evaluate to move on. Keira is amazing. My greatest challenge to getting physically fit has always been a lack of knowledge. Honestly, I had no clue what to do. They worked with me, without judgement. I asked for basic exercises that I could do on my own and they taught me some. Like when i saw taught I mean, teaching me the correct way to do the exercise and how to stay safe doing then. I'm definitely going back to them for more lessons when I'm ready to start up again. More...

Excellent programs and personal trainer! Keira offers several different kinds of services to help others work towards their fitness and health goals. They are knowledgeable, informed, innovative and always working to expand and develop their programs. Thanks to their flexibility, even clients that are at a distance, such as myself, were able to get a personalized routine that fits my needs along with plenty of support and adjustments as needed. They offer the real deal with safe, realistic, and manageable tools that are extremely beginner friendly but I can also see it helping those with more experience fine tune their practice as well. I am really happy with the progress I'm making with Keira as my trainer.  She pushes me, but also won't let me push myself too hard.  She understands my physical limitations and tailors my workouts so that I can work smarter and harder.  Workouts are challenging but rewarding, and Keira is very encouraging.  I highly recommend Chaotic Good Fitness for anyone wanting to get in shape, lose weight or any other health/fitness goal you want to achieve. We come up with a unique program that fits their goals and needs. I try to be encouraging and teach them as much as I can. I explain why I chose the exercises I chose as well as keeping them on task and working out.

You need to be patient, work hard and focus on your own progress rather than what other people look like. Fitness is a personal journey.

The excitement a client gets when they have done something they didn't expect to be able to do or met a goal.

I prefer not to have the constrictions of a large company's requirements of how I look. I like that I keep my hair fun colors and I am not willing to conform for a job. I also don't look or act like a traditional trainer, which makes me unique. I value being able to continue to work within my own value system rather than for someone else.

The most important thing to me is that I help my client in the way that most works for them. I'm flexible and understanding with how we train and what we do so that you can get what you need how you need it.
