Hope was amazing!!!...Contacted her with little notice to serve documents. I forgot to give to her some of the most important pieces of the documents. I definitely have to say she was very skilled and knowledgeable about timing and process serving. Although a very busy lady, she seemed helpful to every degree. She did give me a discount and I really was super blessed she did. I used the mail processing option for 5 parties but still glad I used her service. Hope is BY FAR the best process server I have ever worked with.  My brother is a process server down in South Orange County but was unavailable the night we needed a Temporary Restraining Order served.  Usually the Sheriff's Dept will serve for free but we didn't make it to them in time that Friday afternoon and the courts weren't open again until Tuesday.  Hope answered my wife and I's call and met us 10 minutes later because she knew how important it was to get the order served.  We didn't even have the right apt # but she was able to coerce the guy out and serve him at 9pm on a Friday night. It was great!THEN once we had our hearing (and the guy didn't show) the Sheriff's office was supposed to serve him.  2 weeks later, after not hearing anything and being told we would receive a proof of service in the mail, we received a letter showing that the Sheriffs had been to this guy's house 3 times and were unable to serve him.  My wife and I were headed out of town that day so I called Hope :) she told me to leave the paperwork under our doormat along with a check (VERY REASONABLE RATES) and she went down and served the guy like a champ on her first attempt.Process Serving is not fun (for anyone) Hope brings something special to the table, she's non-threatening to the person you're trying to serve and she actually cares about her customers (on both ends).  I will continue to refer Certified to anyone I know that needs proper service done at a reasonable rate with tremendous customer service.  I really can't recommend Hope enough :) More...
