Pros:
- Assistance with research
- Taking the lead on hiring/onboarding (HUGE HELP!) and conducting the 1st and 2nd interviews for potential candidates
- Taking the lead on large scale projects such as Hana Career Pathways/HAH membership, and transitioning from home care to home health
- Taking over payroll service to allow more time to meet prospective clients
- Offering unbiased business perspectives for our family business/ mediation with my sisters
- weekly meetings
- Constant flow of ideas
- A "can-do" attitude!
Areas of improvement:
- I thoroughly enjoy our meetings as we update each other on ongoing projects and brainstorm new ideas. It is nice to have someone to talk to about business development :-) One suggestion for improvement would be sending an agenda prior to our meetings so I am made aware of the topics of conversation. Our conversations are fast-paced and cover a variety of topics, so I would like to be prepared to provide helpful input before moving to our next topic of conversation.
