The golf course and the greens are in great shape. The course is the best priced course in the East bay in my opinion. The food and beer are excellent as well. The only downside if there is one is that the sand traps need a little work and I believe they are fixing them now. More...

Excellent course conditions on a beautiful day.. Tried both their Amber and Brown (award winning) Ales, very tasty. We will be back.

Nice golf layout, they have really improved the course. Also have a great restaurant and micro brewery.

I just returned to Canyon Lakes for spring break. The owners have continued making upgrades to the course. I wish I could say the same for my game. However, the brewpub is open and the beers are amazing. The Sunday I visited was packed and it was clear that many weren’t there to golf, just eat, drink and watch one of the big screens. The brewpub is a destination all by itself. This is a golf course the way they’re meant to be. More...

Okay, it’s a challenging course but if you want to work on your game, go there. Even if it’s a tough day the brewpub is there to ease your sore ego. The great beer and food are worth the trip all by themselves. The staff bends over backwards to make the experience stand out. It’s become my favorite course. More...

My new go-to happy spot, which runs from 3-7. I'm happy to admit that I may have visited this place three times within a two week period.
Happy hour options are a good deal and there's plenty to share. The service is wonderful, and there's a lot of attention to details. They also have a good variety of beer to make a tasty flight. To top it off, you get a great view of the sunset. I almost want to keep this place a secret!
12/2017 update: HH is only 3-6 T-FR and all day Sunday starting at 11!
