Where do I start and how can I possibly finish? Okay, let me try...This business represents EVERYTHING that I respect and expect. The quality of product is second to none, the execution from the chef is perfection, and the fact that he sources local (mostly onsite) and sustainable is outstanding and extremely rare. This business is all about NonGMO, organic, using heirloom seeds, permacultures, and paying their staff more than a livable wage. I love that their carbon footprint is as low as possible because of composting, recycling, reusing, and incorporating solar energy. For their events, Bull & Dragon LLC showcases local art work and musicians. Keep on being progressive, I admire everything you stand for, and your cuisine and service should be experienced by ALL. First, we take into consideration your event, number of people, style of services, and any themes or favorites. Then, we talk to our farmers and ranchers and create a custom menu with the best product available in fitting with your personal needs and wants.
