Have lived in Denver for 5 years now and just had my 1st visit to brothers. The best Barbeque I have had here yet and the one I went to which is on Leetsdale was a really unique kind of place and the front counter girl was extremely nice and welcoming. Will without a doubt be back!

Recently visited Broomfield and just had to stop by and try their bbq tofu sandwich and impossible burger. The tofu was cubed, cooked well, and doused in a even coating of bbq sauce. The sandwich doesn't come with toppings however you can request onions (fresh or fried), pickles or jalapeños. The impossible burger was cooked well and was garnished with tomatoes, lettuce and onions. I had the food with a side of fries and was really impressed by the variety of bbq sauces available at the restaurant tables as well as the cheat sheet provided so the dinner can decide for themselves which sauce is their favorite.The employee let us know that the fries were cooked in a separate fryer as well as the tofu cubes. The food was delicious as well as filling and I'll definitely visit there again for a reminder of my southern upbringing. More...

Tried this bbq for the first time and really enjoyed it! I love all the bbq sauce options that are brought to the table! They have a good happy hour during the week and some good beers on tap! Love Brother's. I don't like all their food, but there's plenty of good stuff. Burnt ends, chicken sandwich, hot links, bro cup, brother sandwich. All yummy. Don't care for their BBQ beans though, and I never have. They taste more like a bottle of Original BBQ sauce with beans added to them than they do BBQ beans. Been eating there for over 20 years. Being from Kansas City we like to think we know BBQ. Walked into Bros BBQ lunch last week and I will definitely return. House made selection of sauces will satisfy any preference of style. Meat was tender and full of flavor. Surprised to see burnt ends outside of KC an these were quit good.   They are limited  in quantity so get there early.  Nice job and congrats on your anniversary of 20+ years. Delicious BBQ in east Denver. From huge beef ribs to pulled pork and even tofu Brothers offers a wide variety of options. They offer a full menu online for takeout orders . One item you have to ask for is the burnt ends as they only have a certain amount per day and once they're gone they're gone. Many sauces to choose from including regular, medium, hot, Carolina mustard and tangy vinegar. I'm all for a lot of sauces to complement the delicious meats.The only downside is a small parking lot shared with another business. I stumbled into this place yesterday, attempting to avoid 5pm traffic.  As a long-time vegetarian, I have stayed away from BBQ restaurants; assuming (incorrectly, apparently!) there would be few, if any, non-meat options.  Not only was there more than one vegetarian item on the menu, they had the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER!!  I've had this product at various places over the past year or so and this was hands down one of the best presentations I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy!  I also was absolutely floored by the genuine hospitality demonstrated by the gentleman behind the counter.  Seriously, they knocked it out of the park - thank you, Brothers BBQ, for turning my traffic avoidance into a new fav spot for quality food and service! I heard that they had vegan options, including the Impossible Burger, so checking them out was a must.A friend and I dined in for an early dinner on a weekend and it was pretty empty, so we were skeptical. We ordered at the counter then took a seat. IMPOSSIBLE BURGER - Delicious and well seasoned. I brought my own bottle of Just Mayo, which really set it off. They told me that they had vegan BBQ beans that day so of course I had to try them. They were tasty! Most places charge $12-$15 for the Impossible Burger, so I had no complaints with the $10 price tag. (Please don't up the price!)BBQ TOFU - I tried the 1/4 lb. for only around $6. The tofu was cooked to perfection! No spongey tofu here. They were firm, seasoned, and brushed with a delicious BBQ sauce. The fries could use more seasoning, but that's just a personal preference. My carnivore friend was also in love with their food so I would recommend this place to veg*ns and omnivores alike. The restaurant is large and they have a private parking lot. I order delivery from this place often and it is delicious. I've only tried multiple versions of the bro bowl, because once I tried it I couldn't stop ordering it. Every one I have tried has been awesome - they remind me of a kfc bowl but much higher quality food and better tasting, and you get to pick every ingredient in the bowl.  Good prices, good food, and offers delivery to my door. The bbq from here is pretty good. It is tender but lacking flavor. I am really pleased with the macaroni and cornbread sides. They also have a Thursday special with reduced prices. We pulled into Denver yesterday after a long flight from So Cal and our daughter picked us up and said "let's have BBQ."  So we ate at Brothers BBQ and had the best meal ~ the husband is a carnivore but the daughter isn't and she sold me on the tofu too.  I had the salad with barbecued tofu and it was amazing!  My husband had the barbecue beef sandwich with beans and potato salad which were also excellent.  Our daughter had the barbecue tofu sandwich and fries and of course that was another excellent option.  We got there early and the place was empty ~ by the time we left, it was packed with a lot of hungry and happy people!  I would like to definitely go back one more time before we head home for sure!  Well done Brothers BBQ! Thank You Brothers for offering vegan options! I love BBQ but don't eat meat. Sounds like an oxymoron but with amazing products like the Impossible burger and their BBQ tofu, I don't miss "meat" at all. Bravo to them for having these options. I've been to this restaurant before and was somewhat underwhelmed, but my experience this evening has made me a convert! Vegetarian point of view! I know I know, a vegetarian reviewing a bbq place?! But hear me out. Even though I'm not a meat eater, I still crave bbq sauce flavored stuff and all the sides. Brothers BBQ has tofu! My husband and I both had tofu sandwiches with sides. It was really good! I so appreciate a place that offers an option for vegetarians! They offer bbq tofu sandwiches, sliders, and a bowl you can add sides to. Their sides are really good too (I had fries and husband had mac n cheese). We had been meaning to try brothers bbq since we moved here.. swung in there on a Thursday and told the guy at the register that I'd never been there. He helped me with the menu and even added up what I wanted two different ways to see which would give me the better deal. ended up getting the pulled pork and 4 pork ribs, macaroni and cheese and fries. I ordered the sweet bbq sauce and he suggested I try the Carolina sauce since I had mentioned that we moved here from Virginia. The bbq at this spot does not disappoint. The pulled pork was delicious and the ribs were amazing (fall off the bone deliciousness) the Mac and cheese was creamy and the side of fries was a surprisingly large portion, and great..way better than fast food fries. Loved the sweet sauce and I actually ended up using both the sweet and the Carolina mixed for this perfect twangy sweetness. the guys at the counter were so friendly and helpful.. I got their signature sandwich, "The Brother." The BBQ was absolutely knocked out of the park, and it's just a hell of a sandwich-- smoked pork links (with just the right amount of kick) under a pile of deliciously juicy pulled pork, topped with creamy coleslaw, jalapeños, and grilled onions. Absolutely delicious. They have four individual sauces that sport an impressive array of flavor, too.The only downside I have is that I was severely disappointed by their sides. Incredibly tiny cup, and the mac 'n cheese that I got looked and tasted like it was from a Kraft microwaveable bowl. This place is the only BBQ restaurant that I've been able to find that has beef ribs. And they were delicious! They offer multiple choices of sauces on the side which was nice to try.
