Consistent experience with previous customer named PLF, P.C.:
"Don't hire this accounting firm if you have accounting questions.
They will only plug #s into their software, get annoyed by your questions and refuse to help you resolve discrepancies. They have repeatedly told me to hire another accountant when I've had questions. AND they're VERY pricey for very basic work. So so disappointed.
It's mostly Boris marketing but in reality, he and his team hardly lift a finger beyond the basics. I got a $30K tax bill from a year ago and they told me to resolve it myself. I got a mismatch in the CURRENT taxes they filed & wanted to discuss the discrepancy b/c it INCREASED my tax liability by tens of thousands & they were annoyed by my inquiry & told me to go elsewhere to try to resolve it! I'm frankly not sure what I hired them for if not to help me with my taxes???"
Sends out universal templates to all customers, plugging in simple numbers for a heft price of $10K/year. ZERO help!

I have yet to meet him in person because of my busy schedule and he was able to accommodate me. Boris Musheyev is just amazing. There are many reasons why we choose to do our taxes with him, the most important being the fact that he always leaves all lines of communication open. My wife and I transferred over to Boris two years ago, he was such a breath of fresh air. Our previous accountant didn't explain anything to us, she just pressed a few buttons on her computer and sent us on our way. Boris was able to get us returns that we didn't even know existed. He explains to us what we are and aren't able to write off and helps us manage our expenses so that we maximize our returns. We are very happy with Boris.
