Couldn't decide what to eat after spending the day at The Mills, found this gem of a place on Yelp. We took a chance and so glad we did. Service was genuinely nice and food was beyond BIG and delicious. Started off with the appetizer platter, hot wings were to die for. Spicy yet not too spicy. Mozzarella sticks breading was so flavorful and onion rings did not disappoint. Hubby said the Jalapeno Poppers were great too. I chose the Little Boy Bleu and was NOT disappointed! The bun was a brioche bun and it was light and fluffy so you could tell it was fresh! Meat was juicy and the bacon and bleu cheese went perfect with the romaine lettuce. Curly fries were practically falling off my basket. Food and service are usually our key factors in deciding if we will return. However in this case the fact that our Server took the time to ask about our "United States Marine Corps" sticker on our truck and thanked my son for his service, then the owner came and did the same at which point we found out he served so we thanked him too, just made us even more happy that we found a locally Veteran Owned Business! It's hard to create an atmosphere like the one at Bombdiggity. My party felt very welcomed and the waiters were great. The overall vibe at the bar was awesome. We ordered the onion rings, fries, a hot dog, a burger and all of it was top notch. If you like spicy I highly recommend the buffalo fries!! A great little spot for really good burgers, dogs and local beers. East to see from the street, lots of parking. Dining area is small but very comfortable and they have plenty of TVs and good music on the juke box. The do deliveries through grub hub and everything is made to order. Open kitchen so you can watch your food being cooked. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Food is good quality and large portions so its worth the money. Was in Upland and decided to try this place out since it had pretty good reviews on yelp. We had the all american burger, pretzel bites with beer cheese and the oinkers revenge hot dog. On the all american, I had it with the beer cheese. It was good! The sauce is thousand island base. They give you a ton of fries with your meal. This place is the Bombdiggity!!!! I live here in Upland and had saw it open a while ago but never stopped by.  I work in Santa Ana and the firm I work at contracted them to cater for the support staff today. It was a hit. The whole office was talking about how good it was while at work today! I told them I live in Upland and they told me come by today.  So I went with my wifey and it didnt disappoint at all.  It was even better with a nice cold beer!!! The workers are so cool too! Do you enjoy hot dogs that are chewy enough to choke a peckish Bengal Tiger? Then you are either a hungry jungle predator or you prefer the hot dogs at Bombdiggity. These dogs are not puppies; not your typical 6 pack of fridge weenies. These are some massive beef-chix-pork-who-knows-what-else(?) hounds.I had the Cali Hot Dog. Apparently, the flux in the cost of avocados is not hurting Bombdiggity. The avocado hunk in this dish was hulking. I prefer to down dogs by hand, by sheer blur of jaw and chomp. This munching format did not happen. I had to knife and fork this colossal avocado dog into nowheresville. No complaints, no advice needed. Bombdiggity talks a good dog, walks a good dog, makes it sit, and stay fresh. I would wolf it down again.The GF ordered a chicken dish. I can't recollect the name.* In general, I have low expectations of chicken dishes at most restaurants. Chicken often gets the short end of the drumstick, if the restaurant is not fine dining or high end. Nevertheless, the chicken The GF ordered hit me with one tangy flavor after another. The cook had obviously breaded the meat properly, and I found myself wishing that...I...had ordered the chicken? I did not anticipate such a fowl surprise from Bombdiggity. I may have to revisit my opinions on chicken in the not too distant future.The MP3 jukebox matched the quality of the cuisine. Acoustics were not too bad at Bombdiggity either. I believe The GF and I got a few members of the wait staff and cooks bopping to Parliament. There is an Atomic Dog pun to be made here that I going to pass on for now. I do not want to dog the reader with a pack of quips. Sorry, I ended up jesting anyway.I raise my paw to Bombdiggity. Any man or dog would be pleased to eat at this fun establishment. Nice little hole in the wall with delicious food and beer! Had the bombigity bacon bomb Burgerand wife had the Spicy Hawaiian Pig Burger (first of all it's not spicy, and it's not pig) but that damn burger is BOMB! This was my first visit to this place and i have to say i was thoroughly impressed! I ordered the suns out buns out burger and wow was that an experience. Beer cheese, hollandaise, bacon, and a fried egg on a burger ! It was a recommendation by our waitress, whose name escapes me, and i couldn't have been more satisfied. I love trying our local Upland, family owned restaraunts! Farely new place, great atmosphere! The staff was super warm and friendly from the minute we walked in. They have several beers on tap, as well as in bottles and cans. We ordered a beer each, one honey blonde for me and a red ale for him. Appetizers looked really good, but we passed, weren't that hungry. We ordered a Frisco burger and the Bombdiggity Bacon Burger. We both ordered their fresh kettle chips! Everything was bomb.com. The beer, the burgers, and the chips. Only one request I'd have, maybe some tasty salsa to dip the chips in. Otherwise, no complaints at all! We will be back! More...

This place has been open for less than a week and they're getting the kinks worked out pretty well.  Great environment, nice selection of local micro brews, unique burger and dog options. .. really loved it.  It took a little longer than I would like to get our food, but I'm just chalking that up as them working out their kinks with only a few days experience under their belt.  The little eatery was packed when we arrived, so I don't think they were prepared for the volume today.  I've got plenty of grace for them on that.  My only hesitation is that it's a bit pricier than I might expect for the type of menu that they offer.  They do have some lunch specials which keep the price manageable but it would be easy to spend $25 per person if you enjoy a beer or two.  I'll definitely be back. Here’s my review...... 1. It has a sweet pub type atmosphere. (small) LOVE! 2. Loved reading their menu! For an appetizer we went with Not your Mama’s Fries! Unfortunately, ours came out with warm cheese and cold fries so we had to send them back BUT They did bring us a bigger better batch on the second round and they were delish! 3. Since they are known for their hotdogs We ordered 2 dogs: The Kahuna & Suns out Buns Out. It took quite some time for our food to come out. The first item to come out was Suns Out Buns Out BUT unfortunately it was a hamburger! ( we ordered the DOG) The hubs was HUNGRY so he dug right in! The hamburger’s taste did not disappoint! It was flaming hot and delish BUT it’s not what ordered!! ( bummer) 4. The burger came served with chips! The smell and the taste of the chips made good memories come to my mind. Buffalo INN!! For all my Upland peeps these chips will bring back memories for you too! The chips need to be a regular item on the menu (which I suggested to our waitress.) They need to serve them up with some salsa just like they use to do at the Buffalo!! 4. My kahuna hotdog finally makes it to the table! Served up with pineapple, teriyaki and the jalapeño relish! The hoagie roll bun was not my favorite but the combination of the teriyaki and the jalapeño relish was the bomb.com!!! Unfortunately for some reason the dogs are not served with those amazing “buffalo chips“ That dog needs some chips served up with it. I was not a fan of getting a basket with the dog in it in an empty space where chips should be! Closing: this was their “Grand opening.” The only reason why I knew it was their grand opening is because I read it on a FB post and there was a small sign outside that said it was. They should’ve had more going on! For example...check in and tag a friend and get a free appetizer or check in on social media and be entered into a drawing for a free entree... so many ideas were flowing through my head.! This was their “Grand Opening for goodness sake!” Last but not least the LOCATION!!! Not my favorite!! This place needs to be in downtow Upland! It also needs to have some kind of patio! It needs to be dog friendly! This place is known for their “hot dogs“ they need to recognize the “dogs!!! Specially since there serving up hot dogs” People love their four legged family members and what places where they can eat drink and be merry all together! The end!! P.S. Bombdiggity catered my 40th Anniversary Sock Hop Party and they did a Great job!! The experience was professional from beginning to end. They arrived on time and were ready to serve exactly at the time we requested. They even braved the cold January, nearly rainy evening!!! Service was fast and easy. I used them at a public park for my son's first birthday party. I dealt with Mike the owner in setting everything up and he was very friendly and helpful. On the day of the event, the three employees arrived on time and had the food ready right on time. The set up was nice and easy. The food was very very good! We had the bacon wrapped hot dogs, jumbo hot dogs, corn dogs (which was everyone's favorite), funnel cake (a big hit!), and Hawaiian Shaved Ice. My favorite hot dog was the "Chicago Dog!" Love it! Everyone complimented me on the tasty food. The employees really went out of the way. They have a Barbecue menu that I would like to try some day. I highly recommend this place. I hosted a 50's party for my daughters 21st birthday. I wanted typical 50's diner food, hot dogs, hamburger, fries, etc. (Although, there was a lot of other menu options as well!) Bombdiggity was literally a hassle free experience! They responded to my initial request very quickly. I requested a date, made a deposit and they asked for my menu selection a week ahead of the party. I made my menu choices and had some questions which were answered promptly by Mike. The two guys who came out (Gabriel & his fabulous helper) were very professional, polite and courteous. They arrived on time, and started serving at exactly the time I had requested. Even though I ordered a very limited menu, what we had was awesome! Bacon wrapped hot dogs... seriously amazing. The sliders were awesome, bigger than I expected, knowing they were on kings hawaiian rolls. Not a lot of skimping. The leftover food (which was not much) was wrapped up nicely, in foil, in individual servings and given to me to refrigerate or whatever. Our guests were very happy and complimented the food and service. I am very happy I trusted them to come cater my event. I would not think twice in the future about hiring them again.
