We’ve been training for a couple of months and it was an incredible experience. I’ve managed to loose weight, get to the point where my body looks good and also strong. I stopped being afraid of working with weights. Did I mention it was also fun? We were joking around and the hour would pass by like 15 minutes.

If you’re looking for a friend, coach and a trainer in one, Kadija is the one! Believe me! I had to give up my training but I would definitely come back to her and her only.

Women can lift weights and look sexy, women can have fun and loose weight. Forget about strict diet, train with her, you’ll fall in love with exercising if you haven’t yet.

One thing that I've struggled with while working out on my own was the little knowledge I had when it came to gym equipment, how to use them, etc. While working with Kadidjha, I've come to learn about many different work outs that I enjoy doing and gained a better knowledge of how certain gym equipment work. Kadidjha is the best! She gets to know you and tailors a workout around you. She worked with the background I had but also pushed me and showed me new things I wouldn’t have thought of alone. Kadidjha is an amazing trainer. From my first fitness test to my last day in person with her I left a session feeling stronger physically - but also overall more confident. I couldn’t believe the strides she helped me take - shoutout to hip thrusts and benching- but more importantly showed me my limitations really were often just in my head. I had to move away so won’t be able to be hyped up with great songs and chats in person - can’t wait to start up virtually from my new city! I like to teach my clients about healthy habits that are simple to include in their everyday life. I try to find a sustainable strategy unique to them to make sure they are set up for success on their fitness journey. With the proper mindset and consistency my clients become unstoppable.

Consistency and mindset. This is no secret at all and most people know this already but just because we know something doesn't mean we are always able to push ourselves to do this. Having someone to keep you accountable and give you targeted workouts you can be very successful with your fitness goals.

I love helping people find their fitness mindsets and making fitness less intimidating by giving them the knowledge and confidence to continue even without me.

I spent about a decade in the television industry until I realized it was draining my spirit. Feeling lost and slipping into depression I decided to start working out to give myself something to do since I knew that moving my body was the best way for me to feel better. I’ve always worked out but I became more intentional. Making it a point to pack my gym clothes and go to the gym or go as soon as I woke up in the morning. It became my only solace from the monotony of my days. I started to wonder if this was something I could do as a career and got my NASM certification and explored becoming a full time personal trainer. In 2019 I became fully certified and moved back to Boston in January of 2020.….I took a chance and started offering virtual training sessions during initial Covid lock downs and continued to learn more and more about fitness and how to really help people get to their goals in a realistic way. I went on to work at commercial gyms like, Boston sports club and Equinox. Helping people find their fitness mindsets and breaking down fitness in a way that makes it less intimidating has become my passion.

As I like to say “I’m not a regular trainer, I’m a cool trainer” because working out doesn't have to be a drag! They can expect a fun light hearted environment full of positive vibes all while they get a great workout tailored to their needs and goals.

I provide both 1 on 1 virtual training as well as consulting for those who need a less hands on approach.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I take all measures to keep a clean and safe environment for myself and my clients.
