They took our food to the wrong address. Thankfully the lady they took our food to had the decency to call us, because they surely didn’t. Had she not called us, they would’ve rebagged the food, restapled the bag and brought us food that was in someone else’s house and hands-in the middle of a PANDEMIC! When we called to let them know, all the lady on the phone said was “I’ll rush the order. Sorry about that”. Didn’t offer any type of compensation. UNACCEPTABLE! This will definitely be our last time ordering from them. And it’s really a shame because we love their food. More...

Best Italian cold cut i ever ate! They use the best Italian meats ( not that crap mortadella ham) they use Capicola, everything was excellent!!

I will say I recommend it because the food is good and we have gotten food from there for so many years. But my experience today threw me off just because of the lack of adherence to proper masking and hand hygiene that I saw while there. I did message them on their page.I live out of the area now so when I drive into Maryland Virginia or North Carolina this is my first stop. It's not that easy to find good vegetarian choices in Essex but the eggplant parmesan sub really hit the spot last night. I can't wait to get another one!

I went in 30 minutes before closing and the young lady with red hair at the front cashier acted like she didn't want to serve me I have never been to this establishment before but they definitely need better service I just left and said I'll go elsewhere after feeling seriously unwelcome
