While living in Miami a few years ago, I stumbled upon the talented Daniela Menache from BEAM Accounting after attempting to do my own taxes – in which I wound up owing the IRS. Thankfully instead of submitting the forms, I sought professional help and not only did I NOT owe, but Daniela was able to quickly review my documents and got me a healthy return!

A few months later, I moved out of state but after such a wonderful and easy experience with Daniela in 2015, I asked if she was able to help every year since, and she has not disappointed. Since then, I’ve gotten married, bought a house and a new car and had a baby. Daniela has always been diligent in finding additional details to help us get back what we deserve. She is quick, meticulous and always so friendly. She’s been patient with us as we discovered forms we may have missed and gives us sound advice on the best way to file.

The Beam team are amazing! They do accounting, payroll, and our personal and corporation tax filing. We are very busy with our growing business, so it is extremely important to us to have someone that is on top of their game when it comes to accounting. And they are! We get reminders on everything we need to file ahead of time. We can trust them do our payroll on time without even checking in. And most importantly, we know that we can sleep soundly because Beam Accounting does our taxes. We do tax planning ahead of time and they give us advice on important decisions that save us $$. I came to Beam after a series of bookkeepers who each one made more of a mess than the last out of our books. We were a new retail business and I felt completely hopeless & overwhelmed.
