I love Be Raw! I don't eat out often, but when I do it is usually here because they serve the freshest most delicious food in Dallas. My favorite item on the menu is the raw pizza, followed by the raw nachos and kale salad. My boyfriend and I usually share these 3 items when we go. Have wanted to try Be Raw for some time now and Oh So Glad we did!!! It was a Sister Day and we are eating "clean". This is the perfect spot for a full on vegan or someone just starting out with clean eating! !! The food was so incredibly tasty we were floored!! There is absolutely no added sugar and everything was fresh and flavorful. The juice was tart and full of flavor. We had enchiladas that are wrapped in a Coconut wrap, which was really good. Also had a Zoodle dish with pesto that I want to recreate at home!! Lemon Cheesecake with pureed berries ended our lunch and we fought for the last bite!!!! Great place and will go back very soon!! My family always enjoys eating at Be Raw. We eat here often. Not only is the food delicious, it is of the highest quality.
We feel nourished with the high nutrient & enzyme content of the food. Satisfied after a meal but not weighed down and bloated. My favorites are the Rawchos, Rawsagna, Bliss burger, Pad Thai & the Coconut Kale Enchiladas.

What’s your signature dish?
Coconut Kale Enchiladas. An in-house coconut tortilla, slathered in guacamole, wrapped around kale marinated in our secret sauce, and drizzled with cashew based nacho cheese sauce and sour cream.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Custom tailored menus to fit clients needs. Creating platters for clients to easily put out for a beautiful buffet.

Creating delicious foods that are nutrient rich, nourishing the body while keeping the mouth happy.
