We had just eaten dinner here for the first time today and we will definitely be back! Our son spilled our water and they were super nice about it. My husband ordered the meatloaf patty melt and hates ketchup so the waitress and the manager went out of their way to let him know the ingredients in the 1000 island sauce. The manager, Austin, told him they would put it on the side to be safe. Thankfully, he noticed before the food came out, that they still put it on the sandwich so he had them make a new one. Everything is just OK- Nothing special. This place used to be exceptional but new owners have taken everything unique off the menu and replaced it with run of the mill food. We still go on occasion but we used to be there twice a week. Quality is nowhere near what it used to be. We are disappointed in the direction they are going. First time here. It was not an amazing experience but Austin, the manager was amazing fixing any issues we had. Issues we had were not deal breakers. I had the meatloaf patty melt, it was great! Husband had fish and chips, he said they were just ok. Sons burger was a 6.5 out of 10 he said. Hes 13, and love his burgers lol. Over all the service out weighed the food. Maybe it was an off night. Id go back and recommend it for anyo e who wants to give it a shot. Austin took my 3 star review to a solid 4.5. More...
