I was a client of Bryant's since September and still would be had I not moved out of state. Bryant was attentive to my goals, and pushed me to the edge of my abilities without going overboard. He has a calm, instructive and motivating style which is exactly what I need in a trainer. I absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to improve their strength and physical condition! More...

I have been working out with Bryant for 6 months now, and it's truly been a life changing experience. I have found him to be very knowledgeable but more importantly very genuine and unique. Bryant has been really great at motivating me, to push myself through our workouts and has provided me with lots of tools to be more successful with my own workouts. Bryant is extremely qualified, incredibly knowledgeable about human anatomy and physiology which allows him to create unique workouts base on your unique needs. He is very patient and coaching is in his DNA.Bryant oozes positive energy, and enthusiasm and passion, he truly believes people can achieve anything if they try, and I am the example of that philosophy. I would truly encourage anyone to train with Bryant .Ahmad Nourzad More...

Been working with Bryant for about 6 months now. He's knowledgeable in several areas and has degrees, more than just a regular "certified trainer. " He helped me fix tendinitis issues with my arches and ankles and now just working to build muscle all around. I definitely notice a huge difference in my strength. More...

Bryant is an excellent personal trainer I have been working with him ever since February 2017. He knows my physical limitations and he tailors every workout to my specific needs. Bryant is very creative in developing work out I find that every day is different when working out with him which is a plus . I would highly recommend Bryant to be a personal trainer for anyone in any type of condition is knowledge of the human body And how it works it's definitely an asset and make some a very good certified personal trainer so far working with him I have lost 40 pounds and I still have a ways to go but I'm confident that under his leadership I will be able to reach my goals.Craig Johnson More...

It's a bad idea to tell your trainer that there aren't any exercises that ever make your glutes sore. Because he will find them. And you will be sore for days.

Bryant does an excellent job pushing clients to work harder to meet their goals while being mindful of any physical restraints. He is knowledgeable about how the muscles and nerves interrelate and has provided guidance outside the gym on stretches to relieve back and neck strain. More...

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Typically the most important no matter what. But if you're in your twenties and have great genetics it's obviously not as important as someone who's in their 60s and obese. The variability is infinite but ultimately your body is at most 90% what you eat 10% what you do.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
No two people are the same so I never approach anyone as I have a prior client. I always approach each person as a completely new challenge and make sure I listen and understand what is most important to them and then work with them to develop the best possible plan to achieve their goals. If you want to know more please contact me.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Understanding what works and doesn't for you and then being patient and persistent with it. There's no secret and no shortcuts to the body you want it takes hard work and consistency above all else.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. I truly enjoy helping people realize their potential and watching the evolution of their body and mind.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for a few gyms in the past and ultimately I found it hard to maximize my clients results due to the rigid structure gyms typically have for personal trainers and their clients. I try to be available to every person in some form or fashion even if they have very little money to spare or time. I can help everyone somehow even if it's just a few words of advice or one session a month to help them build their own routine and revise it over time.
Why should our clients choose you?
My experience, education and my ability to constantly rework my understanding of each individual need my clients have. I am not a drill sergeant and I am not ever going to yell at a client unless they want me to. Training people is about helping build them up mentally physically emotionally etc so they can feel confident and motivated to achieve their goals. Empathy is the most underrated attribute a trainer or coach can have and it is something that I pride myself on having and using to my advantage.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. There's multiple ways I can do this through various mediums. Every client is different so depending on your situation we will determine the most efficient and effective set up. Please contact me for more information.
