What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Patience... When working with my clients, I believe it's important to allow for the image to develop (no pun intended). My best images happen naturally it's easy to create a beautiful posed photo, but to capture an authentic moment is priceless.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is your vision? I believe that all of my projects are collaborative. When a client contacts me it's because they have a vision of how they or their family is photographed.
What do you love most about your job?
Connecting with my clients and delivering a product that they will hopefully cherish for a lifetime.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Oddly enough a horrific wedding photography experience. I kept saying "I could do better than this" so my husband challenged me to do better and every time I pick up my camera I remember how disappointed I was with the final product for my wedding. I continuously strive to exceed my clients expectations.

Standard Portrait Session
1-hour on location portrait session with use of both ambient and strobe lighting
Mini/Headshot Portrait session
45 minute portrait session either on location or with use of gray backdrop and strobe lighting. Great for quick corporate headshot, or on location creative environmental portrait.
