Today I had my first experience with Aquastar. They came to my house really early in the morning due to my schedule, which was a plus for me from the start. They asked me to show my house to know my preferences and concerns. At the end, they made sure to show me their work to make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning done. I have used multiple cleaning services to clean our house, and AquaStar is the BEST! They came today to do a deep cleaning in a 4,100 square foot house, and they were out within 4 hours with EVERYTHING cleaned - including cleaning cabinets, appliances, trim, etc. The tile in our shower was scrubbed really well, bathrooms are meticulously cleaned, not a speck of dust on the trim. I contacted Aquastar and within minutes they responded professionally to my inquiry about their services. Upon explaining what I needed, and answering a few basic questions there was a walk-through consultation set up with me at my convenience. The day of the walk through the owner came and he was polite, prompt and professional. He provided a quote that was the same as before his walk through and asked how soon i would need the services done. First time using the service and hands down the best service and process I have ever experienced. I used Aquastar Cleaning for a move out. What I enjoyed about the experience was they were flexible with how they communicated - I was able to text through the entire process which allowed me to focus on all the other components of the move. I used Aquastar today for a deep clean on my home and I could not be more pleased!! Not only did the owner come out at a moments notice to see exactly what I wanted done, he sent a reminder email about the date we set and called within the hour of the crew finishing to ensure I was pleased with their work. I needed a cleaning crew last minute to do a move-in deep cleaning. Marcos and team were available at the time I needed, and Marcos (owner? ) visited in advance to look at the work and provide me with a quote. The crew worked quickly and did a good job. Missed a couple small things (inside of one cupboard, a light fixture in the basement), but they asked me to inspect and sign off on the work before they left and I missed those things then, too.All in, it was good work done quickly and at a reasonable price. I started using this company about two months ago. I had never used a cleaning service and did lots of research before narrowing my choices down to five companies. Of the five I talked to, only Aquastar offered to come to my home before making a quote. When the owner came out for the quote, he was prompt and very professional as he walked through my home and asked what I needed from a service. He also requested that the cleaners come during a time when I was home for the first visit so I could meet who would be in my home each time. The two cleaners who come out have been doing a great job so far. It is such a relief to come home after a very busy and hard day at work to a clean and fresh-smelling home. They are very detailed, and they have even gone the extra mile and tidied up my teenage son's room and brought my trash can down from the street. My youngest son also loves how they make his bed look so nice and put his stuffed animals on the bed. I also love the toilet paper fan folds they make.....it is so simple, but it makes me smile.
