Our strategy entails several steps to mitigate the possibility of terrorist activity and opportunity for theft of property or injury to persons within the facility/site.
Applicant Screening
The quality we bring to our client’s environment begins long before they see our security guards. The recruitment and training of our personnel is the key to our success; most of our applicants are unable to meet our qualifications.
Training/Consulting
A & E provides training that exceeds the State of California, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). All of our training is conducted by retired law enforcement professionals, who have been California POST certified instructors, and certified CPR, First Aid, and AED instructors.
In addition to the extensive training that is done with our own employees, A & E offer training for our clients in several areas that can be beneficial for the members of their own company. Training includes but is not limited to Self Defense, Business Leadership, Firearms, Tactics, Report Writing, Defensive Tactics, Executive Protection, Management Consultation, Security Planning, Fire Protection, and Electronic Surveillance/Bug Sweeps.
