I called James over at 360 and Back, and I had a very time sensitive problem to solve. During the first phone call, it became clear that he knew what he was doing, and exactly how he could help me. He was professional, informative, and was able to be transparent with what he could do. He was available on short notice, and showed up on site the next day at the exact time he gave me. He told me what to expect with the deliverables, and I received everything right when he said I would. Afterward, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my product, and even requested feedback! In the world we live in, it's hard to find this level of customer service with a good product. Mr. Back took wonderful pictures of my mother’s house which we are looking to sell soon. I highly recommend him if you are in or around the Atlanta especially as he is one of the few real estate photographers that can utilize a drone for a very reasonable price.
