This company have well trained staff.  iI have never experience such good trained team. I express what I need and my goal, the staff knew what to look for and concentrate on sudden things. Been using them for 4+ years because they're excellent. Safe and professional and I'm still always amazed at how quickly they clean and straighten the house. I always recommend them to friends and neighbors and will keep doing so. I've tried a number of services and independents over the years and 10BucksaRoom has been the best hands down and I will continue using them. They're flexible with random requests like cleaning the garage or helping to setup for a party, quality is very high, and the highest trust level is absolutely there (I have 2 young children, so trust and safety is paramount). I recently use 10bucksaroom.com for a move out cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment same day. The girls called 30 minutes before the arrival time to say they were on their way. They did a walk-through of the entire house to see what I needed done. The were extremely quick and efficient whole house was done in 2:30 minutes. They did a final walk-through with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would honestly highly recommend this company. I will be using them in the future for sure.. Spoke with Gregory (I believe the franchise that serviced me is based out of Union) who gave me every detail and didn't hide anything. They gave me a one hour window for my appointment time. Right before the time, I got a call saying they'd be at my place about 30 minutes late (but still within the one hour window - ok fine). Exactly, 30 minutes later I had a very professional and hard working lady at my door ready to work. I opted for the extra $10 deep clean for my kitchen and bathroom (she did not try to up-sell me at all). The extra money was well spent. My kitchen cabinets have never looked whiter! Just got four rooms cleaned by 10 bucks a room and they did an amazing job!! We are in a college town renting our house and our landlord clearly never got a deep clean of the house before renting it to us. The cleaning job that they did makes the rooms look like new! The sanitation specialist, Zee, arrived for my appointment on time, was extremely thorough and very personable. We are moving into a place that laid vacant for a very long time so it needed a deep cleaning and Zee did an excellent job. Cleaning windows, baseboards, WALLS! and we paid extra for carpet cleaning that I am extremely satisfied with as well.  I never entertained the idea of someone other than myself cleaning my home but after meeting Zee and seeing her work I am seriously considering working a regular apartment cleaning into our monthly budget  Thank you guys so much! Disappointed with quality of work. Bathroom floor was not cleaned, dust still on bathroom tiles, toothbrush holder and soap dishes not cleaned. Rug in living room had several dark spots that no one spot cleaned. Dust on ceiling spider webs still there! Had four rooms to clean, were done in one hour and twenty minutes.A business rep immediately called me to remedy the situation. She clarified that toothbrush holders and soap dishes were not part of the job. Spots on rug would be extra. They will be returning at a later date to redo bathroom. I have used 10 Bucks a Room for over 2 years for all of my household cleaning needs. They are efficient, reliable and professional. They helped me get into a cleaning routine and be able to maintain a clean house while working with 2 small kids at home. I have also had them clean my windows, appliances, flooring and other specialty projects. They cleaned hard to remove backing from an area rug that I thought had destroyed my hardwood floor. I have a typical bachelor pad, not really messy but life can get away from me sometimes. I saw the van on 287 as I was driving home from work and thought I could give them a try. I really am so glad I did. The cleaners showed up within the time frame that was given to me. They brought all their supplies so I didn't have to worry about having to spend money on extra stuff. I don't often write reviews, but when you get exceptional service, it's hard not too. I scheduled a deep cleaning of my rental after moving out on 2/28 to ensure the home was returned back to the landlord in top shape. The ladies showed up on time and were very professional. They were working so hard, I offered them water twice(they said no, thank you). Once they were done, they asked us to review their work and advise if there was any spot that needed more cleaning. The house is now sparkling clean and even the 6 year old refrigerator looks brand new. Not only are the cleaners (I forgot their names) awesome, the management team is just as nice. This is the first time I had my house cleaned by a cleaning service and I am very pleased with the result. I called them a day before I needed their service and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule without any problems. Two ladies came in 15 minutes early, which is great, and cleaned my 2 bathrooms, kitchen including the stove, and my living room. They were done after about an hour and a half and showed me what they did before they left. They even washed the dishes and threw the garbage out for me which I found surprising. I paid $95 for everything which is completely worth it, otherwise it would have taken me an entire day doing the cleaning myself. I saw their van in my apartment complex and it really caught my attention so I decided to give them a try. I was pretty happy with how fast it was to book an appoibtment. usually I have to wait a while or have an estimate done first, but not with this company. when the team showed up to my apartment, they came fully prepared with all their equipment. they took the time to walk through the job and made sure i was satisfied at the end. these girls work hard and really exceeded my expectations. I can not express how satisfied I am with this company! I will be honest and say how doubtful I was after reading a few reviews, but a friend reassured me that I wouldn't be dissappointed! I gave them a call for a move out clean and was shocked at how clean our townhouse looked afterwards.
