I find Coach Faz is the best PT amongst a few other PT i have engaged. He is friendly.. treat his client like friend and with respect, and very professional in what he does. He created a meal plan for me to follow, and the meal plan is very sustainable method, not those kind of diet plans like ; Plant-base diet, Keto, cave man diet, low-carb diet, and the list goes on.. which you won’t be able to stick after awhile and feel like torturing, then you will eventually get to your initial weight.. He taught me how to enjoy delicious food but still not gaining weight, and he guides on how to prepare your own food to keep to the diet, super easy!.. i’m surprise how good life is to lose weight without the suffer and struggle of dieting.. He makes me update my every meal, which is a good thing to keep my diet in check. Beside PT sessions he also give me workout and cardio routine for me to do on my own, and he makes me update him everytime i’m done

Mac is my 4th trainer, so I hv a basis for comparison. He is technically competent, his positive attitude towards his work is obvious even when it's mundane or routine to him. He is able to put a client at ease, n trains within the client's physical limitations ( be it mobility or injuries ). He diligently follows up weekly so there is momentum n clients' interest is kept alive. It helps cos a PT session is plain "suffering", not something to look forward to everything. I hv experienced results which exceeds my expectations in the short period I trained with Mac.
