We are a small property management business who places value on relationships. We strive to build strong relationships with our owners, tenants and suppliers to enable satisfied and happy owners and tenants. We have significant experience in all areas of property management and it is our passion. We provide full property management services, or for those that prefer to manage the properties themselves, a casual management service which we can adapt to suit your needs, ie advertising and finding suitable tenants or completing your quarterly property inspections.
The variety. This job has a huge variety, we deal with people from different backgrounds/countries/educational backgrounds together with different styles of properties. No two days are the same in property management.
After working within the industry for over five years, the desire to have time to connect and build personal rapport with owners/tenants and suppliers was strong. When asked by two amazing business owners and property developers to work with them, it provided a great opportunity to build a strong business that offered owners value.
We want to know and understand our owners, our owners are not a number rather part of our business. We believe that we can offer you value by keeping your informed and ensuring your property is being kept to the best standard it can be by securing great tenants and noting an areas that may require maintenance. We can provide quotes for maintenance where required.

I have been working with Leona Dinsdale, She was absolutely lovely to work with she was so patient with and understood that this was my first time renting and I had no idea what I was doing. She followed me through and guided me so much I cannot thank her enough. She has been the best to work with and so welcoming to me as a first time tenant. I can’t wait to keep working with her. Shes the best.

⭐️ AGNES ASINI ⭐️ We all relate to how it feels when searching for a safe, comfortable place to call home and the stresses involved on top of life’s demands itself. Agnes’s confidence first in herself then next in her role opened up a space for me and my darling to feel seen, heard and respected, she also helped us picture what life could look like for us during the house viewing. Agnes greeted us at face value with warm pacific greetings and Smile.m For the short time we worked alongside Agnes her communication was actioned promptly and clearly. This 5 star review I am giving falls short to acknowledge I believe the amount of effort, work and time she puts in individually.
